Overall a very nice stay. The staff is extremely polite. The service is great. The room is spacious and clean. The food was good.
However, 3 problems.
1. Plumbing - The water takes forever to get hot. Also, there is noise in the plumbing.
2. Elevators - The elevators have problems. The doors do not open completely or open very slowly. The sensors for the card readers for the elevators have problems. We have to dip the cards in and out of the sensors several times before we were able to choose a floor.
3. Noise. We stayed on the top floor (The 11th floor). We heard noises in the morning coming from the roof as if things were getting knocked around and banging noises.
