There was nothing near the hotel: no restaurants, grocery, shopping.

Nice hotel with a fantástico staff.

Pros: The employees, they are awesome.
Location: Location is not to good for visiting the Colonia Zone, it is a long walking, which I did so many
I expended 5 días in the hotel, looking to relax and I Have to tell you that with the help of the magnificent hotel staff I was a le yo do it. From the people in the front desk, the staff at the club yo use, at the restaurant, they all hay my stay wonderful.

Overall, a very nice stay.

Overall a very nice stay. The staff is extremely polite. The service is great. The room is spacious and clean. The food was good. However, 3 problems. 1. Plumbing - The water takes forever to get hot. Also, there is noise in the plumbing. 2. Elevators - The elevators have problems. The doors do not open completely or open very slowly. The sensors for the card readers for the elevators have problems. We have to dip the cards in and out of the sensors several times before we were able to choose a floor. 3. Noise. We stayed on the top floor (The 11th floor). We heard noises in the morning coming from the roof as if things were getting knocked around and banging noises.

Would stay again

Friendly staff, they always clean the room but they need to change the carpet it had a bad odor and the shower pressure in the bathroom was bad. We also has two days where there were not water for 10mins which was very inconvenient as we were getting ready to go out.

The worst experience in my life. I'm a biggest fan of the sheraton hotels but the last experience was worst. No water in the hotel. I was asked to wait for an hour to get water in the bathroom. This happened twice in a day, and for 3 days in a line. I'm in a shock how does a ***** hotel doesn't have water in the bathrooms.

what you expect from a Sheraton Hotel

Pros: They have drivers available that are cordial, the cars were clean and comfortable. We were able to move around easily. You do not want to rent a car
Location: i was not crazy about the location. Too much traffic and congestion for my liking. However, i was there before many years ago before the city growth
Like the hotel and staff. We had an issue with the room the first night but they were able to move us to another room. They have staff members that spoke English. Even though I speak Spanish at times it is easier to communicate in English. The availability of a taxi/car to get you around was fantastic.

Front desk staff

Pros: Front desk staff and quality maintenance/house keeping staff. Everyone was polite.
Location: Museum
Front desk staff was very helpful and maintenance staff always ensure bedding and other items was delivered. The welcome letter from hotel manager was very nice. I recommend this hotel.

Nice view but awesome staff

Pros: All seven days there we were treated with respect and service that went above and beyond. Breakfast and happy hour food was great. The pool and the exercise room was in good condition
Cons: Traffic around the hotel is a little intense at times, but that is more of the environment versus hotel
Location: walking distance to the historic part of the city (first church in the new world, Columbus' house).
