"While check in, the old lady front desk staff was rude and impolite. Restaurant staff was cool and looked tired. Some coffee cups were full of stains. This so-called hotel was located inside an old and ancient building with only the bathroom was modernised. The room was small and almost an empty room with two small beds. No TV, no bottled water, no electric kettle, no cup and less electric sockets. Parking was expensive €35/day."

"The staff are exceptional-all of them. They helped us with tickets and brought me tea and cookies one night when I was sick. The breakfast staff is so personable, kind, and attentive. The cleaning staff are impeccably efficient and energetic and have a wonderful sense of humor. We see the same people every year and they remember us. Thank you all!"
