The staff are formidable- George (bar/dining manager) has a passion for the product and it is apparent. The quality and service is wonderful and staff are always available to go above and beyond. The Santorini Secret suites are a gem.

The property is beautiful and the staff were wonderfully kind and helpful. Our room was well-appointed and clean. We ate a few meals in Finikia which is a 5 min walk from the hotel and cheaper than Oia. Oia is a 20-30 min walk from the hotel. The first 5 minutes are uphill but after it flattens and is easy. The spa was in the basement of the kitchen/breakfast facility so I could hear tables screeching and plates clinking during my massage, but it was a free massage due to the Expedia VIP perk so I’m still happy we did it. Domaine Sigalas winery is right up the road and was fantastic.

Nice and beautiful property. Room was spacious. Staff and service were amazing. Location was quiet and away from touristy. 10 mins walk to Oia. Breakfast was good and with many options.

A great stay in Santorini.
This was a great hotel if you don't want to stay in the heart of hustle of Oia and pay the Oia prices. Manager and staff were amazing and always wanting to see how they could help with your stay. Free parking is great as Oia has limited paring and you need a car to truly see all of Santorini. A few restaurants within walking distance as well as the hotel restaurant which was great. There is a short path to Oia for a prime seat (not crowed) to watch the sunset as walking to Oia. We missed it the first few times, but once you find it its a great shortcut.

Excellent base for relaxation
Beautiful modern take on traditional Santorini village architecture. Two great pools. Everything immaculately clean. All staff lovely. Exceptionally helpful, professional and friendly. The food is excellent although expensive as elsewhere in Santorini. Be prepared to walk uphill to see Foinikia village for fabulous restaurants: Lefkez, MezeMeze and Krinaki, and further walking to Oia. There are no pavements so be aware of traffic. Or hire a car.

I didnt like that there’s no elevator. Every uncomfortable bringing the luggage down the stairs. Food the 2nd night at the restaurant was not as good as the first night. We didn’t eat out because we thought the food was great and came back to be disappointed.

Very nice hotel, however a bit of a walk to Oia or bus to Fira. Had to walk uphill then through a nice so nice street. Within the hotel the swimming pool is super cool, breakfast is awesome. We were offered foot message and a bottle of champagne, very nice staff.

Amazing hotel in a secondary location.
I loved the hotel and the staff, the location was not as close to Oia as I expected. The walk to Oia was tough as the streets were narrow and there wasn't a side walk. Cars were flying by and it could have been dangerous. A taxi cost 20 euros each way. Again, the hotel was impressive as was the staff

This is a beautiful, modern property near the village of Oia. The property is gorgeous, and the pool is great for swimming. It does not have a caldera view, but you can see the ocean and the sunset. The street is quite busy, so you can get a fair amount of noise at night if you stay in one of the rooms nearest the street. It's a steep hike up to the road that takes you into Oia; however, we rented a car so we drove up to the main road and parked near the village walking path. The White Rock restaurant is quite good, and the included breakfast was plentiful. If you want to be away from the Oia crowds and are looking for an affordable but upscale hotel, this is a great choice.

Wonderful Hotel
We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel! They welcomed us in with a fantastic drink. The hotel staff are truly all amazing... they gave us a tour of the hotel, restaurant recommendations, called our tours for us and booked taxis and shuttles. We also wanted to do the hike from Fira to Oia but recommended we delay it beacuse of fog that morning. This is also a great location... you can see the sunset or you can walk into Oia, if you like. The pool and the views are gorgeous. The restaurant is pretty delicious and there are some good restaurants nearby as well.

We had an amazing time at Secret Views!! Everything was perfect from the staff, amenities, our room, spa services, restaurants, the service and location. Its ~10 mins from the Oia strip of restaurants and shops and the staff (Alex) was amazing with setting up reservations for dinner, catamaran tour, shuttles and a cooking class.

This is a beautiful hotel, quiet, peaceful, and private from the rest of the island. When we arrived we were greeted like kings and queens! Everyone made us feel great. We were escorted to our room where we were happy to find a beautiful room With plush linens, bath robes and house slippers… The room included a private hot tub on our balcony. We will definitely return! The entire staff was most gracious! The bar convenient and the outdoor pool lovely! Great views of the Aegean Sea from this hotel on the hills.

This hotel is a gem! We stayed there for 5 days and the staff made our stay truly enjoyable. I planned a private wedding anniversary dinner for my wife and I, and from the pre-planning to the final execution of a sunset photo shoot with a private photographer to an intimate dinner, the staff at the Secret View Hotel were super attentive and timely throughout all my online communications leading up to our visit; they were there every step of the way ensuring that we would have a memorable experience. The chef was excellent in preparing a personalized menu for my wife to accommodate her dairy and gluten allergies. The roof top set up was beautiful and our server, Demetrius, was excellent! We also treated ourselves to a couples spa--a wonderfully relaxing experience with very professional and highly-trained spa staff. We finished up most of our evenings sitting at the bar, enjoying delicious drinks (you got to try the mojito), and great company and conversation with Harris and Bill (their English names :). The front desk staff is friendly, attentive to their guests' needs, continuously checking in, and going the extra way to ensure that their guests' stays are enjoyable and memorable. Ellen and Alex were super helpful in assisting us with ATV rentals, dinner reservations, and organizing other experiences. Another plus, the location boasts a stunning view of the sunset and it was quiet in the evenings, while only being a 15 min walk away from all the main attractions in Oia.
