Although the property does not overlook the caldera, it is very centrally located. It is just off the main stretch and all the action but as soon as you step into the property, it is very quiet and homey. Staff are all very friendly. Breakfast offered was great and hit the spot for us in the morning.

Wonderful spot in the middle of Oia! Great great location to walk around and in the middle of shops and fantastic food. The property itself is very cute and the pool is a great place to cool down and relax. The morning breakfasts was delicious. Only negative to the place is the beds are hard.

Aethrio was wonderful! Our room was apartment style, just near the pool. It was so clean and comfortable. There are 3 exits from the hotel which proved useful based on where we were walking to- one of them leads right onto the main area which was very convenient. The pool was lovely, though a bit deep in the shallow end. The views were stunning and the whole place was clean. I very highly recommend!

Great location, one minute walk to the famous blue doom church and the busy shopping lane; however very quite if you stay at the village and swim at the pool. excellent!

The staff was wonderful and helped with every need during our entire stay. They had excellent restaurant recommendations, great pool and helped book transportation and great excursions. The pool was very relaxing. We had a great a great view on the terrace also. Central location. Enjoyed time there and would highly recommend.

Amazing place to stay
The hotel was very responsive and helpful in that they organized airport pickup/dropoff, recommended great tours, and we were able to still use the facility even after check out while we waited for our flight. The breakfast was delicious and the menu slightly changed every day. The hotel is at a great location and less than 5 minute walk to the blue domes.

If your looking to stay in Santorini on a budget but also wanting to be in the thick of it with a pool this hotel couldn’t be anymore perfect. All the famous Santorini sights are minutes away walking distance from the hotel, the hotel grounds are very cute and well kept and it has a lovely pool area which is unusual for a hotel in central Oia. The hotel is also surrounded by lots of bars and restaurants. John on reception was an absolute gem, super helpful, gave us lots of recommendations and couldn’t do enough for you. The rooms are a little out dated in decor however it had a very Greek feel to it which was nice and the room and bathroom we had was huge. The hotel organised our transport from the hotel and they were there waiting for us on arrival even though our flight was slightly delayed. Highly recommend this hotel, I would definitely stay there again.

The property is very pretty and clean. Most importantly it is absolutely centrally located. You just step out and you are in the middle of Oia. The main tourist area is your backyard. Out room was very big. Running Hot water in the bathroom and a/c. Served good breakfast and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Will love to visit again.

What a wonderful stay. We book 2 rooms for our 3 night stay. Location, staff, and service was perfect. Views from our rooms and private balconies were spectacular and rooms were spacious. Breakfast was more than adequate to get us started. Lots of homemade items and bake goods to select from. Situated right in the heart of Oia. Highly recommend!!! Thank you for making our stay in Santorini just awesome.

Well manicured, very clean, and good location, but a couple downsides- the cleaning staff entered our room even when the do-not-disturb sign was on the door; and when we paid for a late night transfer, the driver took someone to the other side of the island before taking us to the hotel, taking a lot of extra time and made us feel unsafe. The staff didn't believe that this happened, and wouldn't take a discount off of the steep fee.

Spectacular view of Oia, beautiful architecture, room is very comfortable, very clean and spacious, safe, great staffs, great breakfast included, conveniently located among the shops. Ask for specific direction to the hotel since it is nestled among the shops.

This is one of the more affordable villa properties in the Oia area but it’s still a gorgeous stay, with very photogenic rooms and grounds throughout the village. It has its own roof terrace for viewing of the sunset, which is very convenient and helps you avoid competing with thousands of other people for a picture. The staff are very personable and helpful. The breakfast is great. It’s very close to the main attractions in the area, and to the main transportation drop off and the dining and shopping areas that you’ll want to hit.

The staff was very pleasant. Cleanliness is spotless. The area is excellent right in the center of Oia. No need to book outside for subset view as it has open balcony upstairs for everybody to hang out and watch for sunrise and sunset. Breakfast is delicious. They will book taxi back and forth to the airport of your choice. Definitely going back here. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend!! Loved it!!
Perfect location, just a beautiful boutique hotel! It just screams “Greece” and we loved our stay! The front desk has amazing customer service from the emails as soon as we booked to offering to arrange transfer or a rental car (get the rental car!!) to personally showing us to our room after giving us a welcome drink (the white wine is excellent here). They have a beautiful pool and rooftop terrace and I would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!!!

Pristine and charming boutique right in the heart of Oia. A stone's throw from every thing. Beautiful rooms with period furniture and a gorgeous pool and grounds. Staff were amazing--nothing was a problem. Home made preserves at breakfast. Try the sour cherry with yogurt. Absolutely wonderful.

I didn’t want to leave….loved our sweet little room with the pretty blue door. Was so nice to wander to the shops just beyond the gate and very close/convenient to the us station. We had fun finding new routes back to our room. Having breakfast ready right out your door so you could start your day fueled was fantastic. Food was fine, not spectacular but nothing at all to complain about. The staff was phenomenal as was everyone we did business with on the island from the restaurant staff to the bus drivers. This is the only Greek Island I’ve been to and I know I should see others but I would go back to Santorini in a heart beat

A very cute property with a great location. Unfortunately, there were two main things that led to the experience. First, and so simple, the towels are terrible. They smell like mildew/mold. It was so bad both of us used our own shirts to dry after realizing the towels were leaving a moldy scent. Next, there isn’t really great service in Santorini and there was no WiFi in the room. The breakfast the next morning had a good amount of Greek options and some traditional as well. Overall, this isn’t a luxury property so we had probably too high of expectations, but the towels were just unacceptable and something so easy to fix.

Fabulous Quaint Santorini Hotel
This is a great quaint hotel. The staff went above and beyond to assist us. It has a sunset terrace that offers an amazing view of the sunset.
