I very nice boutique hotel in Santorini with a great location on the beach and walking distance to shopping and eating places. The staff are extremely friendly and are willing to help you with anything you need like an excursion, show or transportation someplace. I will stay here again!

Firstly, we booked this hotel because we obviously wanted to go to the beach and relax instead of using the swimming pool. However, the beach is not for free as it looks because they will force you to buy something if you want to use the sun beds which is not ideal and it’s called Beach Boutique Hotel…Apart from that, the rooms are fine and spacious but there was sewage smell all the time.

The room is very tiny, but you get a beach front place at a very good price. Staff was very helpful and the breakfast was a nice bonus. I'd definitely stay again.

This small hotel is located in a mostly calm beach with good amount of restaurants and shops in the area. Kamari is a great value for those who need to visit Santorini on a more budget friendly location since is easy to see other places by bus by a 15-20 minute ride to Fira where many buses to other areas depart The rooms are small but they had a great balcony space for the evening. It can be hot during the day and the ac was barely keeping it comfortable but it cooled at night. Just across the beach to rise up and watch spectacular sunrises. Staff super friendly and helpful, Katerina helped set up airport transfer for a late night flight,but don’t email through Expedia to request, call directly i dont think they distributed messages correctly. Rooms get cleaned and sheets changed daily unlike all other properties we’ve stayed at. Nice pool and the breakfast is wonderful and very complete. They have a nice bar with really cold beer and you get to use the beach lounge chairs and shade with consumption from the bar.

The beach boutique hotel is situated in kali livadi beach, which in my opinion is the prettiest in all of mykonos. It’s quiet enough but still has a fair amount of visitors. The Lohan beach bar and restaurant are right there and also a couple other beach bars to rent lounge chairs and order a drink. The staff who work on the hotel premises are lovely and SO helpful. All you have to do is ask, and you shall receive. Our room was comfortable and cozy. We had the honey moon suite with a hot tub and it was so worth it! I’d highly recommend renting an atv or compact car to venture on the island as taxis are not cheap. You’ll spend what you would spend on a daily rental in one round trip into town. There are too many good things to do in mykonos. But if you’re looking for a great hotel, look no further than this place right here.

TL;DR please do not stay here. The hotel should be closed until fixed for health and safety concerns. No airport shuttle, unusable wifi, dangerously inconsistent water temperature, salty water out of the tap, constantly running toilet, small rooms and no insulation - the worst thing: the owner is aware of all the issues. Our 1st room #210 smelled strongly of sewage and the toilet flushing mechanism was missing with plastic sticks sticking out of the wall instead. We complained about the smell and were told to open the door to let the smell out or they could put a chemical in the drain but it would take two hours to air out as it is very strong chemical....we asked for a different room. At first they told us no rooms were available, however the receptionist talked to the manager and moved us to room 202. The new room was smaller but did not smell bad at least....however the quality of our stay DID NOT improve at ALL. The sheets had a stain on them right by the pillow so it was hard to tell if the bedding was clean or not . The worst part is the water temperature...the water went from cold to SCALDING hot in seconds and back to cold. The water was never a stable temperature during our

Also you mentioned at the reception staff about our 5 star Hotel and that you wished to be moved there without extra charge. Furthermore your partner were calling all the staff by whistling which is quite offensive...Assuming all the above, i believe the comment is posted for other purposes...However, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you feel may have been caused from us during your stay. Our room was small but very adequate. We had all we needed, safe, air con, fridge, hairdryer, tv (we didn’t use this), balcony. Bathroom was quite new and had hot water whenever we needed it. Breakfast was nice but limited in choice. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Overall, very pleased with this hotel and we would definitely recommend it.

Overall I was happy with the hotel, the room was clean, the breakfast was great, and the location was perfect for what we wanted. The only downside was the an extra charge on the second day. Apprentley when I made the reservation on Hotels.com I only selected 1 person. The girl at the front desk checked us in looked over our reservation and everything was great. However, the day we checked out she told me she was adding a 120 Euro charge to my credit card because there was two of us. She said the reservation only had 1 person and there was two of us (which she knew when we checked in). I didn't argue and paid the 120. I feel like that should have been addressed at check-in not check-out.

Camas grandes y comodas, buen desayuno. Algo ruidoso en general, pero sin problema para dormir. La limpieza se podría mejorar. En la zona de la piscina se está bien y ambientado con musica. Para estar en las tumbonas de la playa hay q consumir, pero como en todos los restaurantes/hoteles de la playa. En el restaurante se come muy bien, y los precios de la comida son prácticamente iguales en toda la playa, incluso en el resto de la isla.

L’hotel si presenta bene ed ha difronte una spiaggia attrezzata a disposizione dei clienti. Il bar dell’hotel è buono e l’ ambiente è giovanile e frizzante, con musica dalle 11 del mattino fino a sera a tenerti compagnia fuori dall’ hotel per una aperitivo a bordo piscina o un caffè sui loro divanetti fronte mare. La camera è piccola, ma ben fornita e soprattutto pulita, con cassaforte e frigorifero. La colazione, seppur non ricchissima, è buona ed ha tutto il necessario per iniziare la giornata con brio. I ragazzi che gestiscono l’hotel sono gentili e disponibili, mettendosi a disposizione dei clienti per qualunque necessità. Ci hanno organizzato transfer da e per aeroporto e ci hanno dato delle brochure per eventuali escursioni e servizi di noleggio auto/scooter. In definitiva, lo consiglio come hotel anche per posizione strategica e suggestiva, al centro di kamari Beach e con vista fronte mare da incanto.

La struttura è sulla spiaggia, si possono usare i lettini ordinando qualcosa da bere Ha una bella piscina e la colazione l'ho trovata buona. Mi è piaciuto poter fare ogni mattina colazione guardando il mare. È un hotel molto tranquilla poiché ha poche camere. Note negative direi camere troppo piccole per il prezzo e acqua che scende a volte troppo bollente mentre fai la doccia. Dovevo regolarla sempre. Il personale attento e discreto. Gestito da 3 ragazzi giovani. Uno solo si mostra poco disponibile .

Milý personál, výborná poloha - priamo na pláži, na raňajky možnosť výberu zo švédskych stolov s výhľadom na more, avšak nie až tak veľký výber a jedlá boli rovnaké každý deň. Dvakrát sa stalo, že vypadla elektrina v celom hoteli. Bazén čistý, okolo bazéna sa nachádza dosť ležadiel vrátane postelí po bokoch. Izbičky boli dosť malé, veľmi malá kúpeľňa, ktorá bola oddelená od spálne len presklenými dverami, po bokoch diery, takže súkromie na toalete žiadne. Celkový dojem ale super vzhľadom na blízkosť mora, ktoré bolo čisté.

L’hotel nel complesso è molto carino ed esteticamente molto bello, soprattutto le parti comuni: piscina, spiaggia, bar, ristorante. La posizione è perfetta perché si trova sulla passeggiata di Kamari a due passi dalla spiaggia. Da migliorare la colazione (scarsa!) e le camere (dal bagno viene su odore dagli scarichi). Hotelli on visuaalisesti kaunis ja erinomaisella paikalla, omalla rannalla ja ravintolalla. Palvelualttiita olivat kaikki. Parasta oli myös hotellin pienuus ja yksilöllinen palveluhalu. Hankalaa oli huoneen pieni koko. Onneksi meillä oli hyvin vähän matkatavaraa mukana. Aamiainen ok muttei vaihtunut mitenkään.

Petit hotel sur la grande plage animée de Kamari. Chambres petites mais propres. Balcon vue mer au 1er etage. SDB tres petite et peu de pression au niveau de la douche. Petit dejeuner moyen. Et lille dejligt sted på stranden. Dejlige strandfacilitetter er inklusive. Værelse 103 med Seaview er dejligt, beplantningen giver lidt hule agtig fred i forhold til de andre rum. Generelt arbejder man med konceptet Botique. Der mangler lidt stabilitet, morgenmad ensformigt og man er ikke altid klar ved åbningen. Beach Towels er rigelige, men slidte. White restauranten fantastisk og med et twist i retterne. Servicen på Stranden flot og venlig.

L'hotel de l'extérieur est très charmant. Grosse déception au niveau des chambres miniscule et pas très confortable. Les finitions ne sont pas du tout soignées et le mobilier un peu ... démodés. La salle de bain est vraiment ridicule et la douche ne fonctionnait pas. Pour ce qui est des services, nous avions demandés un transfert au port... qui n'était pas là. Nous avons du rappeller l'hotel et attendre au port. L'hotel fait payer les couchettes sur la place... Quant au restaurant, le petit déjeuner n'est pas exceptionnel et le restaurant non plus ! Bref un séjour très mitigé, et je ne conseille pas cet hotel.

j'ai passé 1 semaine au Beach Boutique Hotel de Kamari avec ma petite amie. L'hôtel est équipé d'une terrasse avec lits et transats plutôt confortable avec une petite piscine et un Bar a cocktail sympas. Le restaurant propose de bons petits plats a des prix raisonnables mais c'est vraiment bon ! Avec ma copine on c'est régalés ! Et le cadre pour se restaurer en bord de plage est agréable. Le personnel de l'hôtel est sympas et serviable, le ménage de chambre est fait tous les jours par contre la décoration laisse a désirer... Eviter le rez de chaussé car beaucoup trop bruiyant a cause de l'acceuil sinon a l'etage pas de soucy ! Pour le prix, l'hotel est raisonnable dans l'ensemble et Kamari est un super coin touristique!

Bien placé petit déjeuner copieux
Un hôtel très bien placé. L'accueil est sans plus mais le personnel sympa. Les chambres sont exiguës et pas super proposées. La salle de bain est clairement à rafraîchir ( fil électrique qui pend, tuyau de douche fuit ...) sinon l'hôtel donne dire télé t sur la page ce qui est très appréciable.
