Beautiful, quaint hotelPosted Jul 6, 2015
Pros: Everything - the staff were excellent, the hotel was clean and in a lovely location.
Cons: Probably the Wi-Fi could be improved but I don't think it's something that should deter people from staying.
Location: The location provides great accessibility to day trips to the volcano and springs or for just lying back and relaxing.
The hotel fresh and clean with wonderful staff! The restaurant is located next door and the food is excellent as is the service and the view. If you're a keen walker then the hotel is definitely within walking distance of the town center or there is a bus every 20 minutes if that is your preference. The staff are more than happy to assist with any bookings you may need in relation to day trips or with getting to the airport/port. The Wi-Fi is good but not great which for us wasn't an issue and it didn't impact on our stay. The hotel is in a lovely quiet location, so if lounging and relaxing by the pool is your thing, this is definitely the place to be

Sehr schöne AnlagePosted Jun 12, 2015 on Hotels

Nice hotel, ideal for summer holidaysPosted May 30, 2015
Pros: Rooms, pool, restaurant, service
Location: Walking from Oia to Fira is a nice experience, takes about 3 hours with a wonderful view.
The hotel is very good, but the Internet had serious problems, wi-fi was not working 80% of the time. Taking into account that it's location is far from downtown, makes difficult to try and get access to Internet from other place. Food is excellent, accommodations in general very good. Swimming pool is perfect!, as well as the sunsets from the restaurant. In general, is a kind of hotel for passing a week for resting and enjoy.....having full internet access, which was not the case at this time.

I don't understand why people choose here.Posted May 28, 2015 on Hotels
The hotel has quite distance from Oia. Breakfast was poor, nothing to eat.

A little oasis of peace and beautyPosted May 19, 2015
We booked this hotel and our first impression when we arrived was - WOW. This small hotel is incredibly beautiful - all painted in an immaculate white, the swimming pool is amazing and the views to the blue sea and blue sky are breathtaking. It's not a party hotel, but a place where you can relax and enjoy a bit of peace. The pool has sun loungers and towels. They also change the room towels every day, which we found great as it makes a difference. All the guests and staff were very friendly, it has been great to meet people from everywhere and share stories by the pool. The restaurant is very good, and this is in my opinion a very valuable thing - it is priceless to be able to stay at the hotel (which also has a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea with sunset views!) and have a good meal instead of having to wonder around town trying to find a place that is not a tourist trap. Oía is at 10/15 minute walk, so not too far away either. We recommend going for a walk, and if you fancy a bit of greek live music, stop by the Taverna Santorini Mou, literally a minute walk from Finikia's towards Oía - brilliant musicians, great food and great vibe! We are extremely happy that we chose this place, we have had a great holidays here and we will definitely come back!

Not a bad hotel for the price you payPosted May 11, 2015 on Hotels
It's a nice stay in a traditional house "cave-like rooms". Hotel wifi is not reliable. We did not ask for housekeeping but the staff just enter your room without your permission and left our windows opened with our laptops and tablet on the table. Our air-con broke down but the staff got it repaired. The hotel is 5mins drive to Oia main center. They have a lovely restaurant at the rooftop overlooking the sea and the fields. They served continental breakfast with very nice pastries.

Friendly family run hotel with good food.Posted May 3, 2015
Pros: Ambience, friendly helpful staff, good food
Cons: Don't expect 24 hour reception, 5 star facilities/room service. It is not that sort of hotel. It is however a great value greek family run hotel.
Location: Fantastic scenery
This is a very friendly family run hotel with a great ambience and excellent food. It is a 10- 15 minute walk uphill from Oia, which is no problem if you are fit and don't mind walking. You can walk on the scenic caldera path or the old road from Finikia into Oia if you want to avoid the main road. Local buses depart near the hotel for Fira or Oia, and from Fira you can get buses to other parts of the island.
