Our room was very nice, but not what their website portrays. For ex. we had the vanilla room. It stated semi-private jacuzzi & the picture makes it look like the jacuzzi was inside the room with a view. I understand the description also stated "in some." I can completely understand all of this, but our jacuzzi was upstairs beside 2 other jacuzzi's. Our jacuzzi needs a serious paint job because paint was/ is flaking off in many spots. I could look past this as well, but then ours never got warm & definitely not hot. We went to the office 2 times to ask them to turn the jacuzzi on. Of the 3 jacuzzi's with our area with 3 rooms only 1 jacuzzi actually worked. Pool area was very nice & our shared yard was wonderful with fantastic views. Staff handling the luggage was unexpected & very appreciated. The one person who checked us in was nice & informative.

The Perfect Vacation Place!
Kapari Natural Resort is amazing. The room was unique and way more spacious than expected. It was almost like a whole house to ourselves! The cute blue gate and front patio were perfect for watching sunrises and sunsets. The sauna, jacuzzi, and double showers were a great way to warm up in the evening. Kapari Wine Restaurant was top-notch and the wait staff were so knowledgeable and professional. The front desk staff were very accommodating. I would highly recommend this place!

Beautiful room with private hot tub, great air conditioning system and kept in beautiful condition throughout our stay. The staff were so kind and nothing was too much trouble, bringing us fruit and wine on arrival to our room, and even providing us with coffees while we waited for the room to be ready (we arrived far earlier than the check in time). Service was quick and efficient, and we really enjoyed the 7 course dinner we had at the hotel. The food was incomparable and the staff again made us feel comfortable and as though nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for the most memorable stay.

We stayed at Kapari for 4 nights . 4/5 rating is for the staff and the location but I give it 3/5 for the actual room. Room is overpriced for what you get and photos of the resort on the website are different now compared to when it was new. See my photos attached. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you have elderly adults or those that can’t climb stairs well both at the resort and in the room ( we had a loft and had to climb from our bed upstairs down a ladder to the downstairs area and bathroom. Also don’t get a room near the pool bc the hang out area for the pool guests is right outside your door and you won’t have any privacy. Overall, the resort Iocation is very nice. You can walk to Fira in 20-25 min for dinner and shopping . It’s very quiet in Imerovigli ( unlike Oia which is so busy and so touristy that I wouldn’t recommend staying there). We didn’t have a car and I don’t recommend driving there due to limited parking and small roads. The staff was very friendly and helpful in booking a car for the day to take us to Oia and to and from the airport. Breakfast was included and had a beautiful view and a variety of food for breakfast. All in all we had a great time but overpriced resort for what you pay for .

We had a beautiful weeklong stay in this haven. We were able to enjoy the lively culture of Santorini and come home to relax and indulge in our view of the caldera and the sanctuary of our cave room. Worth the splurge! Staff were friendly and attentive.

We had a power outage during the night, which is okay I’m not too mad about it, but in the coming morning I had not hot water to use, it was 7-10 degrees and really cold, both me and my fiancee needed to take shower for our wedding photo that day, it should be the best day of our life but this hotel ruined it. After I complained to the manager, they gave me nothing to compensate, we’ve spent $1000 CAD per night, and yet we had no power and hot water to use, and the attitude of the manager was rude, no partially refund, no discount, no nothing.

Usually we do not reply to the reviews, unless there is a reason like in your case where some facts are misrepresented. We can easily recall your stay with us for the dates 08-11 May 2023. During your stay on the 9th of May it was a power outrage during the night that was the same for all the area of Imerovigli and not only for our hotel. The next morning an external technician came to the hotel in order to fix the issue with the hot water and indeed around 09.00 the problem was solved. With great disappointment we realized that our efforts did not meet your appreciation. More specific the night before your departure that you came to settle down your bill you asked from us a refund because of the issue for the water. Moreover, you said to us that you are not mad and you do not want to leave a bad review. Because we fully understand the whole situation that did not start from the hotel however from the central energy provided in the island, we explained to you that we cannot provide a refund since the issue was immediately solved. In addition, we offered you a bottle of wine and a fresh fruits platter in order to enjoy that during your last night however you insisted for the refund. We guess that sometimes it is just a matter of mood and perspective!

This property was magical. We had the suite with a living room, small bar area, and in-room jacuzzi. It was a great size and very clean. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped plan our entire visit on the island. This is a small hotel so you can expect very personalized treatment. The very best part of it all was the unmatchable, stunning, breathtaking view!

For the price and the otherwise good reviews of this hotel, I was expecting something truly amazing and sadly was disappointed. Coming from a wonderful hotel in Mykonos with amazing service, I am not sure if we were spoiled there but it was quite a difference showing up to the hotel in Santorini. The staff was not friendly or helpful, and it kind of felt like (as two younger guests) we were not wanted. The vanilla room was WAY smaller than expected, barely enough room to fit our suitcases (which were large). The hairdryer was broken and I called for a new one but no one brought it. The motion sensor light boxes flashed on and off throughout the night. There were ants coming in through the door. It was very difficult to get anywhere, which may not be the hotels fault but it costs 45 euros to get anywhere on the island and the hotel is a 40 minute walk to Fira and I think about an hour and a half walk to Oia (we did not make that journey). Pros about the hotel are that the views are ABSOLUTELY gorgeous. I felt like I was looking at a painting every time I stepped outside of the door. The breakfast was also amazing and you could order anything you wanted made for you instead of the normal buffet style (however, the staff was not very friendly). There was also a nice welcome gift and we enjoyed the robes.

The property was situated in a great location in imerovigli. The views where Amazing. The staff where attentive and helped with any request. Pleasant stay all round. The only comment i would say is all the 5 star hotels i have stayed in normally have an iron and ironing board available. This hotel only had a paid pressing service. So pack a travel iron or be happy to pay for the service.

Disappointed and tired hotel
We stayed for 3 nights and were blown away by the view; however disappointed by a few things. The pool beds and outdoor restaurant seats are budget. For the price you pay you expect better loungers to hang out on. They also need more loungers by the pool. It no where near accommodated for half the guests. The towels and bed linen were very scruffy. The bed cover was falling apart. We had the up and high room and loved the jacuzzi area but there’s zero privacy - which is true of 99% of places on the caldera side. We were expecting eco luxe with the name of the hotel but it wasn’t anything luxe. The restaurant dinner was lovely. Service in general was slow and I think it could be due to staff working 12 hours shifts in the blaring heat. One waiter complained and looked like he’d been on a three day bender. We loved the village and highly recommend over Fira or Oia. Overall a big disappointment for the price we paid. The place and staff are tired. It needs to be more natural to meet up to the name.

This property by far exceeded my expectations! They were so polite, & professional! I didn’t have to worry about anything. I’m an Expedia Gold member, & Kapari had plenty of welcome amenities for us! We received the most delicious cookies, a fruit plater, & wine upon arrival. We were pic up in a beautiful new Mercedes van & shuttled from the airport to the resort free of charge. I was completely blow away! I probably stay at 20 hotels a year, & Kapari was the best out of any of them as far as service, & how accommodating they were. On top of that the views are unreal!!! Something that everyone should wittiness once in the their life. I can’t say enough good things about this resort. I had the highest suite, & I felt it was a little expensive... after staying there I felt that I was a complete bargain! The location is not Oia, there’s not a lot of shopping in the area or the blue domes, but the views are much better! The restaurant there is among the best in all of Greece! The prefix menu was expensive, but was worth it, as far as flavor and convenience goes! Be warned... this places has stairs & walking to get around this property! If you don’t mind that then definitely book this place. Don’t think, don’t wait for it to sell out. This place is a 15 out of 10 believe me! You will not regret it.

We stayed in the honeymoon suite. As with all the properties in Imerovigli, the rooms are caves cut into the cliffs above the caldera. Our room was large, and included a jacuzzi, steam room and double walk in shower. The reception team were extremely friendly and very helpful, and the rest of the staff likewise. The view from our room and the pool area was over the caldera towards the volcano, which was absolutely stunning. Sunsets were in abundance at most of the many restaurants. A wonderful hotel in a beautiful, romantic location. As with all the properties in this location, there are many many steps, so it is not somewhere for anyone with impaired mobility, but this is not a criticism of the hotel, which was amazing.

Kapari Natural Hotel is such a gem! This was our first time in Santorini and we could not have chosen a better place to stay. The views are absolutely spectacular, staff are so warm and accommodating, and the complimentary breakfast is really good too! The room itself looks like something out of a magazine. We absolutely loved our stay here and were sad to leave. We will be ready recommending this hotel to anybody going to Santorini!
