Very disappointed with customer service. I'd booked online around 11am and we arrived to the hotel after a long ferry ride at 10pm to be told that they had no record of our reservation. Despite pulling up my confirmation number from my phone, which clearly stated that I'd prepaid. I was told an interesting range of excuses from "well it's a sunday" to "our system doesn't integrate with online booking so we have no record" to "well the owner is probably sleeping and he would need to make the decision to give you a room." After an hour of back and forth we finally got in touch with the owner and were grumpily given a room. Despite the rough start, the hotel itself was very pleasant and the staff seemed friendly enough by the next day. The location is slightly out of town, but a short walk to the main sights.
