We are really glad that you enjoyed the facilities and services provided in our property and that you have had an overall positive experience. Most of our guests choose the hotel for its location which offers unobstructed breathtaking views of the Caldera and more specifically for not being on a communal path, thus, their privacy can only be interrupted by others in house guests. At this point I would like to take the opportunity and state that the maximum temperature of the outdoor jacuzzi that can be reached is 37 degrees, which can be affected by the external temperature. Included in our services is to provide one complimentary bottle of water every evening during the turndown service and any extra consumptions are upon guest’s discretion where an additional room service charge may be applied.
