Great location

Minutes to anything. Rent a scooter from a couple doors down and be adventurous. Great hotel.

good hotel but expect surprises

Pros: Close to all means of transport
Cons: ensure that what customers book for is where they are lodged. the reception area
Location: good location and close some areas of interest in Barcelona
the hotel is good but that rates during my stay were high for the service. Pros it is close to all means of transport - tube, bus and taxi A restaurant is beside the hotel and others are few meters away and across the street. close to places like Espanya and La Rambala with all just few minutes of walk away (10 -15mins) Cons The room that I saw when i booking and the room I was given when I arrived was different. The room was smaller with no bathtub, small window and very close to the stair case and lift. I was really disappointed. When I asked the receptionist I was told it was peak period and it was the room available at the time of check-in.

Reasonable Price

For a short stay,the hotel met our needs however there were no tea/coffee facilities and the room was basic. Hotel staff were polite. Location, easy walk to central Barcelona (La Rambla)

City centre hotel

Pros: The staff were very welcoming and helpful. I had problem with my key card not working and they fixed it very quick.
Cons: Giving more information about how to pay for breakfast, as on the first morning i payed when i finished when i should have payed at reception first.
Location: Great location near metro station in the theatre district and a 10 minute walk from La Ramble and near the port where there are lots of things to do.
Good hotel located near metro stop in heart of the theatre district and just a 10 minute walk to La Rambla. I had to pay extra for the breakfast as it was not included but it was cheaper then most other hotels that i looked at. Being a single traveller i normally end up with a very small room but the one i had was bigger than normal and had a very comfy bed. The room was en-suite and i also liked the black out curtains which cut out the street lights outside.

As basic as you can get but expensive!

I was visiting Barcelona for work and didn't have a choice of where to stay as all my colleagues had already booked into this one. Although expensive, it's really not very impressive. I have a very long list about why it's s even worse than a basic B&B. Here are a few things: - no hot drink facilities - very poor air conditioning (important in August!) - rude and unhelpful staff - one of my colleague's room was no better than a cupboard with no natural light - yet she was charged the same The list could go on but I won't bore you. I suggest you find somewhere else!

Good location

The hotel is located in a good location and the room newly decorated. However there was an awful smell of sewage in the room ,especially in the morning .

Centrally located hotel

Nice quite room on the top floor of the 2nd building. Had issues with our air con dripping but the staff were helpful in dampening the noise to a minimum.

Pros: Not far from La Ramblas. Good breakfast. Liked having a restaurant next door.
Cons: The double bed room is too small & not suitable for couples. Should update phone system, could not phone between rooms.
Location: A small walk to the La Ramblas.
Paid for and reserved a queen size bed hotel room however we were given a very small double bed room with no space & an extra small bathroom. We were not given a larger room when requested & were told it was the luck of the draw.
