Nice Hotel Close to the Beach

Pros: Nice position on sandy beach.
Cons: Maybe the rooms could do with a bit of refurbishment.
Location: Good location on a nice stretch of beach, restaurants and bars nearby.
Hotel on lovely stretch of beach. Rooms spacious and clean. Nice gardens. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Host looks a bit tired ,but a nice area

Pros: Gardens are beautiful ,pools are nice ,but just need a bit of work on paving
Cons: Rooms and lobby .Bathrooms need a full refurbishment
Location: Nice location right on the beach ,with restaurants nearby .A short walk to other restaurants and also shops .Hotel has shuttle bus to more shops
Hotel and room look tired .paving round pool need some work ,but stall are lovely ,very friendly and helpful

Uncomfortable Bed

Pros: Location close to beach
Cons: Cleaning staff were very friendly. This that worked in the bar near the beach weren't. This was a very different feel to how Bali normally is.
We could feel the springs in the bed. It was very hard and uncomfortable.Price was too high for what else you can get for this star hotel in the area.

Great location

Pros: Friendly hood location
Cons: Another bar in reception
Location: Easy walking to sanur and other hotel restaurants free hotel bus
Great location easy walking to Sanur shopping with free hotel bus too. 2 pools and pool bar only eat breakfast and there was a lot to choose from. Staff very helpful and friendly. Rooms cozy a little dated but but still spacious bed very comfortable.

Holy cow!

Some problems with checkin. We Booked a double room (long long in advance) with extra bed but were given a twin. The day bed for our child was not made up until more requests were made. We were told no doubles/king rooms could be provided. We were placed next to my parents so that was a positive. Breakfast was great. My daughter loved the pancakes! Nice resort good pools and close to the beach. Check out the holy cow (yes really!).

Great accommodation

Nice hotel with fantastic staff and top service. Good beach access but area surrounding it walking into town is a bit run down. Food and restaurant probably only major fault. Gorgeous pools.

Beautiful gardens, on the beach!

We spent five days, over two stays and we would go back. The hotel rooms are worn but very clean, quiet and comfortable (so who cares about age!). The AC, hot water and toilet are all in good working order however the 'free wifi' is annoying as I had to keep signing in over and over and over. The breakfast buffet is standard and has options for everyone. The restaurant is situated by the beautiful beach! The beach loungers are very comfortable and we spent all of our time there. Sadly, there are five parasols for the hundreds of loungers.....they could definitely use more so just go out early and get one! The crowd is mixed but pretty quiet, but Sanur is quiet in general. We really do like Sanur best in Bali.

Love mercure

Love Mercure Sanur,have been there 4 times. Rooms could do with an upgrade but they are very comfortable. Right on the beach with beautiful gardens,not a better position to be in Sanur. Great friendly staff,definatley go back.

Hotel with a private beach

Good hotel on the beach,polite staff, lovely gardens. Close to yoga studio. Rooms could do with some updating. Enjoyed staying there.

Nice, chill resort with great yoga and restaurant.

Pros: Friendly staff, good food, good yoga and spa.
Cons: toilet condition- needs to be cleaned more properly.
My intention was to have a relaxing vacation focusing on yoga. I have enjoyed my stay as it was relaxing, convenient to the yoga and I love the food at Cafe Genius- healthy and tasty. The spa was affordable and satisfying. The only down side is the condition of the toilet. It was okay it it is a old establishment but the toilet was full of stains from basin, toilet bowl to shower curtains which is not acceptable.
