The staff is wonderful and the hotel is so cute. Not that many things to walk around but wonderful place if you are traveling to Nusa Penida because is very close to the port.

A really. Ice place and just booked to go back after the islands. Staff really amazing and the room was great, basic but clean and nice. Bed was really comfortable and breakfast was also great. You really cannot go wrong for the price they charge. Excellent value!!! They even helped carry my bags to the ferry port!! Amazing service and beautiful people

This property is nice but very tired and in need of some serious renovations. Rooms are shabby, verging on disrepair. Mosquito net has lots of holes, possibly just for decoration? Bathroom towels are very very old and shabby, grey and worn out. Pool areas a nice but could benefit from a few more loungers and umbrellas. Pool towels are lovely and fluffy. Restaurant is ok, menu limited and should maybe focus on local cuisine. Staff are very nice, smiley and polite. Spa massages are good, reasonably priced. Some confusion with overcharging at checkout which took time to resolve as well they couldn’t locate all towels. We had maintenance guy repairing aircon unit that took an armful of towels after mopping up leaked water but the receptionist was not convinced.

Beautiful Garden of a Hotel
Sri Phala was a breath of fresh air in bustling, crowded Sanur. Literally, like a private garden of peace to retreat to when all the activity outside wore me out. The pools are nice, the restaurant is good and peaceful, the rooms are beautiful, and the pathways throught the hotel complex are burtsling with plants, trees, and flowers. The staff was also helpful, professional and accomodating.

We got in late at night because we had an early boat out of Sanur the next morning. Therefore there is not much to review. The airport pick-up was smooth however no one was able to check us in for over an hour because the staff was not trained on check-in. I stayed in a 2-level loft room that was comfortable but the Aircon was not strong enough to chill the room.

Sri Phala - amazing staff.
Such wonderful customer service - everyone was so pleasant and friendly. We received an upgrade to a villa when we informed the front desk staff (and Gusti, the resort manager) that there were issues with the air-con’s in our two booked rooms. The villa was great: nice and spacious, overlooking the pool. It’s an easy, short walk out the back gate and down the road a little way to reach the lovely Sanur Beach (heaps of eateries and stalls along the walkway connecting right to Sanur CBD). We loved our stay - thank you so very much for having us!

Sri Phala is a relaxing and peaceful place to stay, set in lovely gardens. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. It's only a short walk to the beach and plenty of cafes and restaurants. Breakfast is good too. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you.

The is a great little property to stay at. The staff were exceptional in making sure that you have everything you need to make your stay a memorable one. The grounds were comforting and soothing. Rooms were clean. Food was good. Just need to make sure the drinks are cold. Property is a block away from the beach, but its an easy walk. Quiet even though it is on the main road. Would definitely recommend this property.

Awesome staff!
You will meet the most patient, humble and respectful staff at this resort, from the reception, dining, cleaning and garden staff....Awesome!! Short walk to the beach and eating places nearby makes it a great location too. If i'm going to be picky, traffic related sounds could be an issue for some. Pools and garden areas are beautiful.

We arrived late at night, the check in was smooth and the reception is friendly and helpful. We’ve rated the place down because the bed was not clean and it has a very moldy smell that we have to put a towel over to sleep. Breakfast was amazing and we needed a place to crash close to Sanur Harbour for convenience sake. Hope the management could help improve the cleanliness of the place !

Sri Phala is a wonderful place to stay. The beautiful oasis setting, to the beautiful rooms( we stayed in a deluxe room), to the wonderful staff. It is located close to the beach, shops, restaurant and markets. The food served at the restaurant is great, and the breakfast buffet is nice touch. The best thing is the staff. They are friendly, accommodating, always say hello, and always smiled. As well, our flight back home was 1 am, but check out is 12 noon. They stored our stuff, made arrangements for transportation to the airport(for a reasonable fee), and gave us a room around 9 pm the same night, to shower and change from our clothing we worn all day( no fee). This was a real class act. This hotel goes above and beyond when possible.

Great hotel , amazing staff
This was our first stop in Bali and it was a great place to relax and settle into our holiday. The staff are amazing and the food and drinks are lovely and reasonable. It is set about 15 mins walk from the main area meaning it is lovely and quiet but after 7pm when the back door is closed you have to walk along a dark and very busy road with large gapping holes that are about 2-3ft deep. This is not fault of the hotels and we would def stay again!
