不太容易被打擾的飯店

私人空間感足夠的飯店, 員工態度和善, 適合較私密的聚會,聯誼,飯店會在房間做造型來送給住戶驚喜喔

Been here 5 years ago. Hotel was brand new back then. Now aged and maintainece didn't keep up. Used to be tier one, now tier two. However, hotel management and staff service is still very good and nice. Need improvement on the shuttle service waiting time though.

Far away from beach, old

Hotel pool no light Fitness centre no air conditioning No sauna No shuttle bus to city and air port Overall it is hardly 5 star Max 3 No entertainment facility Buffet breakfast no fresh fruit Elevator wet floor I nearly fall

第一次去三亚的话,不建议住,因为环境真的清净,有点忘记自己在三亚。如果纯粹想休闲游的住这里可以,人不多,不闹。房间设施比较旧,早餐不错,悠悠闲闲的在别墅游游泳,发发呆也不错。

Reserved room type is NOT available

Pros: I couldn't believe that I could not have the room type I booked.
I've booked "Luxury Villa (368 square m)" via Expedia.com.hk, but hotel staff told us that this room type is not available and my booking is Thai Family Pool Villa (270 square m). They said they have upgrade our room to "Majestic Villa (270 square m)" but actually it is downgrade from 368 to 270.

I don't speak Chinese and had little information about the region or China, so I had to rely on the hotel staff for many things. They turned out to be very helpful in many ways from airport bus booking to currency exchange (they exchange currencies other than US dollar, for example the korean won, too). The facility is not exactly brand-new and occasionally had minor issues, and you have to sneak into other hotel's beaches or go some 2~3km to reach the public one. I didn't find it a big problem myself. I'd say it's a good choice overall, especially for those whose budget is bit strained to choose bigger, ocean-view hotels across the street.

好的园区景观

一如既往的好品质,别墅区的景观和园区绿化都非常棒,房间也很舒适。虽然没有私家海滩,但从对面的万豪走到海滩也就几分钟,算比较方便的,相比价格来说是不错的了。

我不是第一次到三亚,也不是第一次在亚龙湾,也不是第一次住二线海景。总之,本次的入住经历没有让我很舒适。我住的是南洋别墅,首先是,一进到房间已经觉得到处都很不干净,卫生间和淋浴间的玻璃全都是水迹。浴缸外面的门窗打开不是很顺畅,我就咩有完全打开,并且浴缸冲着泳池方向的瓷砖已经脱落。泳池旁的小亭子有个休息的垫子,实在让人看了感觉太脏了。除了感觉很脏,整个屋里面的很多设施无法使用,插座很多都用不了,我只找到一个可以使用。洗手池的设计不知道是不是不合理,水流总会把我全身溅湿。早餐品种每天不换,座位有限。也有一些不错的,比如客房服务速度还可以,前台服务也还可以,但是这都是你们酒店应该做到的基本。并且催我退房。总之无论是我还是我的朋友,我不可能再次入住到亚龙湾铂尔曼。
