"Piso do quarto na porta do banheiro precisa de reparo urgente, infiltração de água que sai do banheiro visivelmente de algum tempo já deixou a madeira do piso podre e minando água… sofá cama também merecia um colchão melhor para 2 crianças dormirem melhor. Do resto tudo muito bom."
