My husband and I stayed here after flying in to Curitiba late at night. Neither of us speaks Portuguese, but the man at the front desk spoke great English and was very helpful. There was a great breakfast buffet the next morning, and there is also a little garden with benches and a gazebo. It felt great to sit in the sun there and relax after our late-night flight and jet lag. The hotel is attractive, with a dramatic lobby and nice seating. We would stay again!

Always friendly staff, great breakfast buffet with lots of options, central downtown Joinville location with lots of restaurants close by and attached to a mall for shopping and food court. The staff was extra helpful when the wifi didn’t work in our room so they moved us to another room and checked that it worked before leaving.

Central at good value
The hotel is centrally located and has a direct access to the shopping mall, which can only be accessed by your hotel key card. The rooms are spacious and views decent. Parking was free due to the hotels.com member status, however it is always in the fine print which most hotels themselves don't seem to read, as was the case here. Overall good hotel at a good value

Stay away from this one !
Terrible stay - rooms is different from what I selected upon booking, room service and cleaning was awful (I asked for sheets and made my own bed once), hot water was gone and hotel never warned us, I asked to speak with a manager and was never given the opportunity.

Nice business hotel in convenient location
This is a nice hotel in a convenient location. It is attached to a shopping mall. Nothing fancy but clean and quiet and the include a nice breakfast. The staff are helpful and some speak English b

Nice hotel, not a 5 star Hotel is very pretty but the rooms are quite dated, bed sheets are what you get from an 80's movie with some crazy colours. One of the towels in the bathroom has a black burned spot. Reception and vallet staff were extremely friendly

This was my first time to stay at this hotel and I thought it was lovely. The staff were very pleasant and helpful on every occasion. The bedroom was spotlessly clean. The buffet breakfast was fantastic with a great choice of food on offer. A most unusual (and I thought brilliant) feature of the hotel was that you could access the shopping centre without even leaving the hotel! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here.

Basic business hotel
The bourbon is a basic business hotel with rooms which are just ok. Decor is a little drab. Service and cleanliness are good as is the buffet breakfast. Free wifi can be patchy at times.

Good location
This hotel has a very good location in the heart of Joinville. Close to shops and good restaurants. One note to business travelers. There are no irons available to press your clothes. How can you be a business hotel and not have an iron available? They mentioned that they do have a laundry service. However that does not help when you check in during the evening hours. As a result, I went to see customers with wrinkled shirts. Breakfast was very good. Price is very good.

Connects to the Mall but terrible Wi-Fi
The hotel connects to the Muller Mall and is very convenient that way. The breakfast was just 'okay' with a ton of pastries but almost no healthy options (they had scrambled eggs and fruit but that is it. The yogurt was all full of sugar and there was no oatmeal). The quality of the free wi-fi is HORRIBLE and I could not get any work done at all. I called the front desk and they suggested I get the PAID internet: no better! They only have WiFi access to the internet, not wired, which I usually find more reliable. I would seriously think twice about returning to this hotel.
