Our room/washroom was still dirty. And as can happen the room had a few bugs. Manager refused to listen or assist as my party simply did not feel comfortable stay there.

A única coisa negavitiva que tenho a dizer, é que o quarto não me cheira a "limpo". De resto estava tudo óptimo, a localização é muito boa, os funcionários são extremamente simpáticos e atenciosos. No geral, foi um experiência positiva.

I was in this hotel twice this year. The last time I had a good experience and gave positive review. But this time the room was not clean or comfortable. The mattress was uncomfortable and the room was unkempt and old. The only positive was friendly staff.

The front desk ladies were very nice so as a lady prepared breakfast. The breakfast was plenty and cozy.

Great find
excellent hotel, great little find and a good alternative to central Porto. Staff on front desk were first rate. Nearby cafes and bars offer good variety of food and drink. Car park was free but in the depths under the building and quite cramped, small cars only! Would recommend 100%

Great value
A few issues with check-in resulting from problems with Hotels.com, but Sonia at reception handled them professionally and well. A very nice room for the price and an excellent breakfast.

Bom no geral.
Hotel com condições aceitáveis. Precisa de uma remodelação com algum bom gosto, nomeadamente disfarçar a canalização que foi feita por fora. Um bom pequeno almoço, e uma excelente limpeza. Funcionários atenciosos. Estadia dentro do expectável.

The premises are a little outdated but what would you expect at this price. Staff is extremely friendly, both breakfast and inhouse parking are included in the rate, exceptional, especially since it is conveniently located at the central square of town.

Levný pobyt v standartním hotelu
Špatný příjezd autem - jednosměrná ulice bez možnosti zastavení u vchodu do hotelu, museli jsme objet dva bloky, abychom našli vjezd do podzemního parkoviště, které má vjezd z druhé strany bloku domů. V garáži jsme si připadali jako v escape game. Jinak ale za dobré peníze levný pobyt v jednoduchém hotelu se starým, vybavením, v ceně i dobrá snídaně. Celkově jsme byli spokojeni.

Hotel en pésimas condiciones, maderas con grandes humedades (moho incluido), moqueta con grandes manchones, bañeras oxidadas y pésima apariencia Renovación urgente. No hablo de anticuado, sino de viejo y sin reparar en condiciones. Sin embargo, la atención del personal muy correcta.
