Nice rooms with sofa and space for work & small meetings. Good staff. Close to a large shopping mall. The restaurant has a good buffet lunch, but limited dinner options. Food cannot be charged to the room. The pool is closed for remodel.

It took us one hour to do the check-in. I was late for a wedding and requested an Iron to front desk - they didn’t send the iron or responded to my request. When I entered the room there was an used soap in the shower.

Bad experience
Check-in experience was bad. Long waiting time and the receptionists do not speak english. During breakfast time, i was waiting about 12min for the elevator to come to my floor. The bed was not comfortable, sheets looks very old (over used) as well as the towels. I used to stay a lot at this hotel prior the pandemic however i do not think i will go back to this hotel in the future.

Great hotel
Hotel is in great area it has a great Morumbi shopping just couple of minutes away. Hotel room I was on the top floor they gave me two rooms suite with two washrooms big area but hotel room was very basic no decor at all.

Conveniently locatated
This hotel is conveniently located: in a business district, in front of 2 malls and the area feels safe. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Also, they are taking covid cleaning protocols Very seriously and this is a huge plus. One point of attention they have floors that are renovated and old floors where deserves improvements: very dark and if you need to work the desk working area is very dark. Breakfast is ok, nothing special and everyday they repeat the same. Overall, good hotel and would Stay there again.

O hotel é ótimo! Ótima estrutura, café da manhã bem completo! O único problema foi a internet no quarto que não funcionava! Solicitamos acesso/suporte algumas vezes e nada. Nas áreas comuns funcionava perfeitamente!
