El aire acondicionado de mi habitación no enfriaba y ellos no solucionaron. Después de 3 días les pedí que me cambiaran de habitación y ahí fue cuando pude empezar a dormir bien.

The pool and gym areas were really run down. Nothing like the pictures for sure! Not a space to hang out and relax. The breakfast is fine, but there is no espresso machine the guests can self-serve which is absurd. Even cheaper hotels have a nespresso machine for guests, available at least during breakfast. There is a bar where you can order coffee outside of breakfast but most times they can’t run the machine or have no milk! I saw a blood spot in one of my “clean” towels. The towels were frayed. Service was fine. Room service comes around 2-3 pm every day.

Breakfast was nice and the view. Rooms need to be updated and sound proofed. We could hear our noisy neighbors. Staff need to be more mindful in regards to noise as well. Rooms were a bit beaten up. Staff were very helpful and pleasant

Excelente hotel
O hotel é muito bem localizado na Chácara Santo Antônio, os funcionários foram muito cordiais e atenciosos, desde o manobrista até o Gerente do hotel. O quarto é espaçoso, estava muito limpo, bonito, funcional, comida muito gostosa, tive uma experiência muito boa no Estanplaza e voltarei com certeza.

Great People-wise. Bad internet speed
Very good breakfast, nice staff, good location for those who will be working close to Av. Berrini, Chácara St. Antonio, or close to Morumbi Shopping. Now, they have to do something about the very slow internet speed - for those working it can become a nightmare. I stayed at this property one year ago and the wifi was already bad. It hasn't changed.

Comfortable and clean, good breakfast that includes tapiocas and omeletes made to order. I would stay there again, but I have to say that the hotel is worn out. What bothered me most were the thin towels, apparently old, overused.

The room is very comfortable, main issue was the food which is terrible, I tried almost everything in the menu after 2 weeks of staying there and do not recommend the room service food, better to go outside (which if you are alone is not an option) Pool is very small so do not plan for swimming. Wifi connection very good Overall hotel is ok...

Stayed for a week during an event. The internet worked fine and staff was friendly. The shower was not great but was hot and clean. TV did not have a good reception and missed SAP. There was no iron or alternative to deal with shirts.

I traveled to Brasil for business, and the location was excellent and conveniently located within walking distance of my office here. Unfortunately when I arrived, I learned the A/C in all rooms was not working. Had they advised me of this information at check-in, I probably would of changed hotels. Instead, I remained there for 2 nights without the A/C ever being fixed and no timeline for resolution. After the 2nd night, I checked out and moved to another hotel. I will not be returning to this hotel on future trips.

Lovely firm beds, poofy pillows, fantastic staff
Room was pretty clean, staff was great (front desk and some restaurant staff speak English and Spanish). Located three blocks from HUGE Carrefour where you can get anything you need - clothes, World Cup merchandise, groceries, electronics. Restaurant is AWESOME. Try the cherry tomato risotto. Here for work so location worked well (many corporate compunds, lots of professionals, not much in the way of tourist scene / great eats). Tiny pool on roof with skyline views of downtown. Allowed us to check out VERY late on the day when we explained we had a late evening flight. Manager personally provided this option. We felt VERY well cared for.

Perfect Hotel - Excellent customer service
I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and loved it. Located close to Morumbi Mall and many restaurants (ask front desk for recommendations). All staff was very helpful from check in to check out. Special kudos to housekeeping service!!

Good Business Hotel
Greeted well by desk staff and offerred welcoming drink whist checking in. Reception staff we spoke to had some good English that was welcomining to a non portugese speaker. Hotel well located for my business visit to an accountancy firm nearby but hotel is located outside the more establishedd tourist precint. However, overall we were made to feel welcome and overall standard of the hotel was good (except the pool and gymnasium were below standard). Between 5 and 6 pm the hotel had free nibbles and drinks on a tray in reception- good idea. Good business hotel and woud recommend to business users with business in the area. A number of bars and resturants and shopping center within walking distance.
