Sao Paulo for work.

Pros: gym
Cons: wine by the glass, was a small pour... very stingy.
Location: stuck inside working... but a nice park 10 minutes walk.
Good meeting rooms, lunch and break service an excellent gym... the bar and restaurant are very pleasant

Very unhappy . I left my sleep wear in my room and it was not founded it.

Nice location, old hotel, terrible reception

Pros: Location is great.
Cons: Hotel needs refurbishment.
Location: Walk at ibirapuera park
Had some issues for check-in, which took around 45min to be solved. Hotel is old, but location is fine. Would recommend only if you need to stay in the region.

The staff was extremely willing to please, and most of them speak fluent English. The room was great, the food in the restaurant and bistro was fantastic. I have nothing negative to say.

Nice big room, good facilities and great value!
