Free hotel shuttle

Breakfast: ok Rooms need upgrade Internet service: so-so Free shuttle to/from airport Hotel staff: No english nor spanish Housekeeping: Need to improve No restaurants, shopping malls, bars or interesting places close to the hotel

I stayed for almost 20 days . Hotel is well maintained , professional and friendly staff. No shops near by in walkable distance that were the only difficulties I faced . Overall it's a excellent go.

It's a bit tired in the rooms. Needs to be updated. Not bad though for one night. Staff was good Has ok restaurant and something that resembles a bar.

Place is good, specially if you want a place close to the airport and lose to great shopping malls.

Pros: The position of the hotel in São Paulo is great for the business transport from airport
Location: Excellent location an transportation
The rooms very clean, the transport from the airport was great the people very good, amenities of the hotel are great.

Free shuttle only comes to terminal 2 at GRU airport. Hotel.com needs to make this clear please. We waited 2 hours at terminal 3 and we speak even Portuguese.

Good value easy access to Guarulhos airport.

I regular stay at this hotel upon leaving Sao Paulo especially when I have an early morning flight out of Guarulhos Airport. Easy access to airport and its a hotel which offers value for money, staff are extremely efficient and friendly.

Not a hotel for winter!

Pros: location near the airport, but I will try to avoid it
Cons: buy individual heaters! and be better with tourists
Location: if you do not get a taxi, you are isolated
They do not have any kind of heating, nor central, nor individual heaters. I am still ill for that cause. They only give you covers. On top of that, as we arrived early at the airport we tried to check in at 9am, to receive a try to charge us 90 reais for early check in. We agreed as long as we had a later checkout, they said ANOTHER 90 REAIS FOR THAT. I got nervous and began to claim, and another couple did the same, saying they had come a couple of months before and no problem was made to them. Finally the clerk consulted a supervisor and let us check in with no extra charge. I general most hotels give you the room if it is empty and ready. The hotel is located in an isolated area.

Room needs an urgent upgrade

It was a cold night. Checked in at 2am. Room window (full size glass door) did not close completely and the heating system did not work. It may be acceptable for local standards, not for my standards
