Pool is very small and the gym facility had the treadmill broke, the hotel is super expensive and should have more equipments! Location is good and staffs too

Okay for a city stay
It was okay, breakfast was a bit of a shambles as there were more guests than food and staff. So we had to wait a long time and only had leftovers to pick from. Check in was quick and efficient. Room was clean and spacious.

A hidden jewel in Moema
Friendly, courteous staff, excellent breakfast and bar. Close to Ibirapuera Shopping and many great restaurants. This will be my go-to hotel in the future when visiting São Paulo.

This is the worst hotel I’ve stay in my entire life. Beginning with the rude and unprofessional staff. Their room service is terrible. Worst pizza I’ve ever had. Bed is too soft. Terrible. Avoid this place at all costs.

Very good location, within walking distance to the Ibirapuera mall. The rooms were renovated so overall it was good. Nothing fancy but good for what we needed.

EXPERIÊNCIA HORRÍVEL. Se puder nao dou nenhuma estrela pra esse hotel. O atendimento E O PIOR QUE JA TIVE EM HOTÉIS. OS ATENDENDES NAO SAO CAPACITADOS A ATENDER Aos hospedes com EDUCAÇÃO E CORTESIA, principalment na recepção nao tem ideia do que e lidar com pessoas com o minimo de classe, MEU TELEFONE do quarto NAO FUncionava e tinha q ficar pedindo pra recepção fazer as ligações, OQUE ELES NAO FAZIAM!! A MULHER QUE ATENDE O ROOM SERVICE muito sem educação e paciência nenhuma, esse hotel NAO TEM SERVIÇO capacitado, as pessoas que trabalham ali odeiam estar ali servindo, acham q os hospedes e que tem q servir eles. NUNCA FIZ UMA REVIEW MAL DE HOTEL E OLHA QUE JA VIAJEI pela europa, usa , africa .. Fui mes passado pro caribe e tive ótimas experiências com hotel , sempre, MAS ESSE HOTEL fique longe, sou AMERICAN BRAZILIAN EU NUNCA RECOMENDARIA UM AMIGO MEU Dos USA Pra ficar nesse hotel , VERGONHOSO O ATENDIMENTO. TIVE QUE MUDAR DE HOTEL pq estava insuportável ficar hospedado em hotel onde as pessoas nao querem trabalhar. A piscina tinha gente nadando ate meia noite muito barulho!! Nunca mais , NEVER AGAIN I WILL STAY AT THIS HORRIBLE HOTEL. SERVICES ARE REALLY BAD, maybe thats why you dont see any foreigner staying there, specially american people who have manners.

Nice hotel with very good ambience. Excellent breakfast. The best part of the hotel is its location having access to multiple restaurants in close vicinity and safe area to roam around. Internet speed can be improved.

Excelente opção em Moema
O hotel é muito bom e bem localizado e foi reformado há pouco tempo, nosso quarto era bem moderno. Um ponto a melhorar é o ar condicionado que no nosso quarto só ventilava mas como estava bem frio em SP, isso não fez falta. O café da manhã é muito bom e variado, tem uma ilha que faz omelete na hora e além de outras coisas, tem frutas, frios e sucos variados

Nice Hotel close to shopping, but...
Nice Hotel close to shopping and room cleanliness is good with view of the city. However, I had bad experience when order the room service, which took about 1.5hr to arrive to my room. I believe they have forgotten my order and I called to remind them about 1 hr after my order. The staff on the phone apologized and said that they would arrange something special, but it turned out to be nothing at the end. The following day, the lamp on the desk was broken and sink was leaking, but this time they fixed them immediately. Overall, it is a decent hotel and I might choose to stay again or other hotel nearby on my next visit.
