Adorei ficar nesse hotel, até reservei novamente para o próximo fim de semana. A única coisa que faria ficar ainda melhor é ter produtos de limpeza (detergente e esponja) para lavar os pratos/talheres usados no quarto com cozinha.

Property is a little dated, but fine for what you pay. Good location. Breakfast was decent. There’s only 2 lifts and during the morning rush it can take a while to get down. One morning one of the lifts broke and we couldn’t get in a lift down, every time one arrived it was full, so we ended up having to walk down 13 floors.

The room had stained sheets, not pleasant at all. A weird smell in the room as well. Room wasn’t ready at check-in time. Staff was rude and not accommodating at all, they certainly do not understand what it means to work in the hospitality industry. Do not recommend this hotel at all. Not at American standards

Lacks customer service.
I don’t know where to start, except to say don’t trust them when they say they will email you closing bill showing all is paid off. You get a bill for your entire stay and more. Then you have to go through hoops proving that you paid all at check out.

Charlatans running this hotel
Prior to our check out, there was a $76Rls balance for out breakfast. I paid cash to the supervisor name “Lrissa” and her front desk employee name “Allen”. This front receptionist absolutely had no customer service experience and there was not a question that would not end in a “Yes”. Our check out was to be at noon of September 6-2021. We wanted to stay until 4:30 pm. I did Not want to deal with them, So, I went to hotels.com and booked an additional full night. When we went downstairs Larissa and Allen asking me I could have just asked them for extension. To which I replied, I did not want to be bothered with lack of their customer service and argue over 4 hours. I even offered them if we need to move from that room to another would be fine as I was not going to ask Hotels.com for refund. I then proceeded to pay $80Rls for the breakfast owed and they had no change and I told them keep the change. Day after we arrived home, we get a bill for a full day of stay (We had already checked out at 4:39 Pm and had prepaid to Hotels.com). These people are charlatan and after 10 years of being a customer of this hotel will never go back. Make sure to get receipt that you paid. They assured me I will receive a check out showing balance zero.

The worst front desk service I have ever experienced, I would strongly advise people not to use this hotel. When I arrived early in the morning for an early check in I was told that my booking didn't include breakfast, then, searching my papers I noticed that my booking had been split in two, a one-day-stay (without breakfast) followed by a three-day-stay (breakfast included). I mentioned to the front desk clerk that it was a mistake, and that ebookers would solve it, but she just didn't let me and my family have the breakfast anyway, if we did, we would have to pay extra, as simple as that, no further talk. I had to get in touch with ebookers in the UK, certainly not in time for breakfast anymore, and they solved the problem giving me an extra bonus for the expense, but the hotel staff showed not empathy at all. On the last day, I needed a late check out, which is available at the hotel. Again, the staff was completely unhelpful, they just told me it was not possible, and that there were no rooms available. I had to go online again, access ebookers, and voila, there were plenty of rooms available, so I had to book an extra night not to be left on the street with my family. In short, the front desk clerk staff was the worst I have ever seen anywhere in the world. If you can choose, choose not to stay at this hotel.

Ok stay in Sao Paulo
The breakfast was good, but not great. However there were option for hot and cold food, as well as healthier (yogurt, fruit) as well as more hearty/less healthy options (cake, hot dogs, eggs) served every morning. The room was a decent size, but there was quite a lot of noise that would come from the street. As well, it was not possible to fully close the window, and I got a number of bug bites sleeping there. (There was only one piece of glass in the window. The metal sliding side that met it had holes in it.) Good shower pressure and sufficient hot water. The area was good.

An ideal position for visiting the sights, as the metro was quite close. Although sited in the business district the tourist office was 10minutes walk away, and they were very helpful, and helped us plan our time there. The roof top pool at the hotel was a luxury and provided great views of the city. I would certainly like to stay there again if in the city.

Very convenient location. Good value.
This hotel is very conveniently located near Ave. Paulista. The entire crew is friendly and helpful. This is not an expensive luxury property but it is clean and offers a good value.

Our room was v clean & comfortable, location was great and staff were v helpful The only slightly irritating thing was how long check in took. I'm no good sure whether the receptionist was being trained or whether that's just how long it takes but we must have stood for about 10 - 15 minutes while they put our details into the system.

Dated hotel in the heart of the city.
Hotel is old with dated interiors and amenities. Its a basic hotel for someone with a quick stop over in the city. Location is good and safe. Not suited for Business traveller. There are other properties from this brand in nearby area which are modern and better equipped.

Absolutely lovely hotel and staff. Our only complaint is that the bathroom was very small whereas the bedroom had alot of empty space. The staff were very accommodating and a good selection of multi-lingual staff! Breakfast was also good.

Nice if you traveling solo
Nice hotel. If you traveling with a friend or group, it will be difficult to visit them unless you are all on the same floor, which 98% will not happen. So it is either use the stairs to visit them or have them come to the lobby to take you to their room. I stayed on the 15th floor and my friend was on 18th floor and it was very annoying that we could not go visit each other.

Great location
Great location and breakfast buffet. Henrique at reception was very helpful professional. The rest of the front desk staff we encountered ranged from rude to apathetic and some did not speak English.

Convenient for shopping restaurants and culture
I have stayed at this hotel several times. I have always been pleased with the service as well as the breakfast and Wi-Fi. This time the wifi was a little spotty but it did work. I would most definitely stay in this property again.
