Great hotel

Very good hotel and fair price. Location with amenities nearby and a good room. Not a luxury hotel but very good for the price.

Great safe location

Lovely experience in this hotel, great safe location, close to restaurants, Most staff spoke good English , wifi good in lobby, little bit off an on in room, only downside was room service couldn't speak English so I tried my hand at Portuguese an didn't receive nothing hahaha Nice hotel

A Comfortable and Pleasing Place to Stay

Pros: The staff were friendly and helpful.
Cons: The carpeting is drab. I used some coffee and tea bags during my stay, and those items were not replaced after they were used.
Location: I don't know Sao Paulo well enough to evaluate the location, except to say that it is about an hour drive, with traffic, to the Anhembi, and GRU.
I found my room to be comfortable. The size and feel of the bed was adequate. Bedding provided was adequate for the time of year I stayed at the hotel, in June. The staff was very helpful; I added a breakfast to my checkout as well as items from the minibar and I found the checkout process to be efficient. I think the pictures of the hotel on its website lead one to believe that the hotel might be more luxurious than it actually is. I would describe the rooms of this hotel as comfortable with a "homey" feel.

Feb. Mercure stay

I was disappointed with the room, there was not a kitchen as requested. The wall paper was loosing from the wall, in the area over the sink, in the living room area. I had to request a microwave, plates, knives and forks. The sofa and TV needs updating.

I'd recommend this hotel especially for people without a car. The location is perfect with lots of restaurants and bakeries surrounding it. Room is nice, modern and staff is friendly.
