Among all hotels, I and my wife had the highest expectations about Novotel. However, it was a horrible experience there. Clogged toilet!!! You can't interphone the front-desk. You can't call the restaurant for room service. It's almost impossible to communicate in English with them.

I stayed at three different properties in San Paulo, and this was absolutely the worst property. The toilet was broken, there was a nightstand missing, the sink was stopped up, and there was no iron or ironing board. This is a a one star at best and they advertised as a 4-star.

Comfortable but Kafka-style bureaucracy
Room comfort and amenities good and as expected. Three gripping points: 1) Room door doesn't lock and slams with noise 2) Same queue for check-in and check-out, no express check-out, resulting in unnecessary waiting times 3) Access to breakfast room necessarily slow as need to fill-in paper instead of having attendants checking list with room numbers as customary in any other hotel.

Great hotel!
Just a one night stay because we missed our connection to the US. Arrived very late at night. Staff was welcoming & the room was clean & in good condition. It was a triple bed room so both my grandkids had comfortable separate beds which they liked. Right next door to the hotel is a huge big Mall which was very nice as our flight was going late at night. Especially useful as my grand daughter was sick & I could pick up medicines for her. The check out staff was also very pleasant & helpful. All in all a pleasant stay.

I appreciated the closeness to the Expo Center and restaurant options at the nearby mall. Not a lot of other hotel options. I found the beds very uncomfortable (spoke with other employees staying there for a company event). The shower took hours to drain, so even a quick shower turned into a bathtub.

Stop over in Sao Paulo
+ Room is spacious, clean and well appointed. Outdoor pool is decent size, water is heated at comfortable temperature. + Shopping mall is next door to the hotel - Hallway carpet is old and dirty. -Far from downtown

Excellent value for money!
In general, a great place for us to stay for a week-long business trip. Very close to the company office we were visiting. We got in early and the reception staff was most helpful to get us comfortable while waiting for a room to be ready. The only reason to give it a less than perfect rating - 1. No power plugs near the beds. 2. A below-par iron for use in the room. But, else, a very nice place and great value for money. The restaurant serves some very nice altho' simple fare - with a very friendly staff. Breakfast is great - lots of choices!

Great hotel and location for a stover in Sao Paulo
Used this hotel as a stopover for one night as hotels close to the international airport are very expensive and isolated. The hotel is right next to the Centre Norte shopping centre and only 39 minutes by taxi from the airport. A great and relaxing stay.

The hotel had a very good Japanese restaurant inside the facility in addition to the main hotel restaurant. It is also located next to a major shopping mall and the expo center north.

We only had a short stay, the fitness facility was good, the staff were friendly and helpful, we didn’t have any major issues if you need anything from room service just allow time.

The hotel's clean, the bar/restaurant is nice. We ordered a burger the first night but were served 45 mins later. It was good though. Not much around the area.

Nice hotel close to Sao Paulo and Airport.
Well located hotel close to Sao Paulo, GRU Airpot and also has a shopping aside. Nice staff. Rooms are nice and clean.
