Great location minor problem.

Had a problem with the shower the water temperature couldn't get adjusted always hot, for 2 days I was told they will fix it so on my last night I asked for a different room, the last person on the reception was really apologetic and change me to another room. Besides that the hotel was great.

Hotel not as good as imagined.

Pros: Location ideal
Cons: Personnel changed out and rooms with proper beds even if twin, they should be bigger. Hotel staff are aware of it.
Location: Personal things to do, worked well..
Hotel beds very small and they stole my telephone adapter, also items for consumption were very expensive. Hotel was badly rated, as usual in Brazil, this is very common to find 4 and 5 star hotels which are actually less. In other countries they would be considered 3 stars.

Nice Business Hotel

It was a good experiencia, we spend just one night, but we can relax and continue our trip.

great price for business and unbeatable location

Better value than Hyatt and Hilton next door but still same international level of service, with the convenience of being in a mixed-use complex with better access to the mall and restaurants.

Good Hotel for Business Traveler

Compared to other hotels in the area (Hilton and Grand Hyatt) it is the best value. Rooms are not as nice/new as Grand Hyatt. However, location and price are better.

Old hotel poor service

Cons: Old
Location: Location is good, restaurants and services are good
The hotel is old and business facilities are terrible, they charge too much for a simple business area, internet is slow.

Not really happy about taking customer aware that the dinner room will be occupied for a private party during our stay. As a result we had no where to go eating as the mall and the surroundings restaurant were closed.
