Stayed here for 4 nights on a trip from the US. I needed an iron as my clothes wrinkled during my flights. I tried calling housekeeping. No answer. I tried calling the front desk. No answer. I went downstairs and asked the front desk (after waiting in line). They promised the deliver an iron and ironing board the next morning at 7:00 am. At 7:30 am the next morning, I still had not delivered an iron. I tried calling the front desk. No answer. I tried calling housekeeping. No answer. I went to the front desk, waited in line 10 minutes. There was always a line at the front desk. They didn't have an iron.
As I mentioned, there was always a line at the front desk. When I was checking in, I spent over 20 minutes checking in. When I was leaving, there was over 6 people in line. They never seemed to have enough people supporting the front desk. Typically, I would see some extra people behind the front desk but, only a couple people would be actually serving customers. Every transaction at the front desk was slow. I would not stay here again.
