The toilet didn't work properly. I had to call to desk 3 times for these problems. the tv was too old. The photos show a jacuzzi at the roof that doesn't exist anymore.

The hotel general condition is ok but is outdated and rooms need more maintenance or a facelift. Internet service was terrible and inestable to the point that it was difficult do video meetings. No AC adapter available and the most annoying thing was when I requested an iron , they didn't have available staff to have it delivered in my room. The staff was very friendly and they tried their best within their possibilities. Room service was good and food in general was ok but not outstanding in comparison to other high profile hotels. I've been a loyal Melia client and although this one resolved my stay, I'll not book it again.

I was very disappointed by not being made aware of the pool and bar were closed. The gym equipment needed maintenance and did not work properly. The worst part was that I was there for work and the Internet caused me a lot of problems, it never worked properly. And these were all the reasons why I chose this hotel so we had to leave before to another facility to be able to work. Very sad. Breakfast was ok. The location was great and the staff was very polite.

Check-in slow. After 1h checking in I had to return to make a new key. It did not work and I had to wait for the maintenance to open my apartment. Then, it was the internet, it did not work. I do not plan to stay in this hotel again.

the hotel is okay. the room is small and the TV also. It is located in a safe location and there are some restaurants around to dinner out. you can reach them by foot. you can easly access the Marginal Pinheiro and go to your business destinations. It is also 10 minutes drive (no traffic.....) from the hotel to Congonhas airport. The breakfast is well served and there is a good selections of food and drinks (juices among coffe and etc......). The sauna was not working at time I was their host and the Gym is okay. The pool area is poor decorated. I hadn't not issues at time of check in and check out. Everything went just fine. The only strong concern was regarding the AC. the room was very cold at night time.....

Slow Check-in procedure
Check-in procedure was extremely slow. There were three receptionists but each of them were doing their tasks and none of them were taking care of customers. The check-in procedure in Brazil is usually slow but this hotel was one of the worst... The hotel's condition is good, the rooms are clean, the breakfast is delicious. The only I ask about this hotel is to do a faster check-in procedure.

Stayed here for 4 nights on a trip from the US. I needed an iron as my clothes wrinkled during my flights. I tried calling housekeeping. No answer. I tried calling the front desk. No answer. I went downstairs and asked the front desk (after waiting in line). They promised the deliver an iron and ironing board the next morning at 7:00 am. At 7:30 am the next morning, I still had not delivered an iron. I tried calling the front desk. No answer. I tried calling housekeeping. No answer. I went to the front desk, waited in line 10 minutes. There was always a line at the front desk. They didn't have an iron. As I mentioned, there was always a line at the front desk. When I was checking in, I spent over 20 minutes checking in. When I was leaving, there was over 6 people in line. They never seemed to have enough people supporting the front desk. Typically, I would see some extra people behind the front desk but, only a couple people would be actually serving customers. Every transaction at the front desk was slow. I would not stay here again.

The price of this hotel is not according to the service that I got. Terrible bed, uncomfortable, basic blankets even when São Paulo was really cold. I asked for an additional Blakey and they send a damaged blanket for me to use. Terrible internet. Very noise during the day and night.

The staff was very friendly but hotel clean condition was not the way the supposed to be . Lots of dust and they need to take care of AC mantainance because I was so sniffing all the time that I spending inside of the room.

If you have business in this area is a good choice with good variety breakfast and near to mall. Down side, hotel room exterior wear off, area are quiet at night. Suggest not to walk and get a cab or uber.

I have chosen the hotel, because of its location. It was a good choice! I arrived early in the morning and I was assigned my room very early. This was great, because I came from an intercontinental flight. The room was okay and spacious. The poo has a magnificent view. The staff was always helpful. I had several calls and the phone worked properly. Only the WI-FI internet connection could be improved. Breakfast was delicious and I also had dinner at the hotel: very, very good food! To sum up: even if the hotel does not look fancy, it is a good choice!
