Convenient but bad customer service

Location is good; however, customer service of the night shift staff was very poor. They were not very helpful, didn't speak English and their customer service wasn't great. Won't stay there again.

Lobby construction was noisy and disruptive

Room was good for the price, lobby construction was noisy and disruptive, not advertised in my pre-booking research.

My colleague stayed at the more expensive hotel "next door" due to his reward status. Without his status, I would have had a smaller room there at 1.5 times the price.

Courteous staff with good English

Decent stay. Hotel very good value for money. Not luxurious, but fine for a short business trip. Clean, OK breakfast, rooms moderate to good. Overall would recommend for a business stay as a good alternative to the more pricey international brands.

Great hotel in SPO

very good middle class hotel within safe walking distance of sheraton and hilton at the Morumbi UN business Center. good hot water, security and excellent full free breakfast buffet, good dinner. Very nice staff,only some fluent in english. convenient bus from Guarullios airport is Reais 42 versus r180 for cab, 1 hour and a very safe walk through the mall to the street the hotel is on.

New hotel at a walkable distance to a nice park.

The staff was very polite but some of the staff at the restaurant were unable to speak in English.

Good stay - clean and safe

The room was clean and comfortable. The fitness center was subpar, but otherwise the hotel was great.
