Welcoming and attentive!
A lovely hotel with exceptional staff - they all (from reception to breakfast and diner to the beach) really did make all the difference to my stay, worked as a team and were friendly, helpful and attentive. I can’t recommend them and as a result the hotel enough - I hope they are all well rewarded for their work!

Air conditioning doesn’t work / super loud
No AC in any of the 3 rooms we were moved to. DO NOT stay here unless you can sleep in 90 degree + heat. Also; 1 inch gap on all outer doors. People party late and kids screaming early. Everything echos. You were warned. Overpay for a 3* at 5* price at your own risk!

Nice stay but not worth the price
The hotel was built in a big old colonial property, which although it is very charming, it lacks innovation and updates in its installations. The room doesn’t has smart TVs, the air conditioner is old and they charge you parking and for using the hot tube.

Overall OK. Room was ok but AC was from the last century ( its time for an overdue new system) they make you believe the thermostat is individual but in fact its centralized and super cold. We froze literally. The first room the AC was too hot and the second freezing to the extreme. Food in the fish restaurant was very good but also VERY expensive. Room service was a JoKe! Pizza was from a frozen batch you buy in the supermarket and came hard like a rock - 31 reais for it was absurd. We ordered chicken and rice for my toddler which came hard like a shoe sole! Pool was good! Service at the pool is nice and quick! Staff does not speak english AT all besides the reception guys. Breakfast was good but they dont know how to make omeletes. Cereal was Old from staying too long outside and probably being reused. paying for parking 50 reais for 24h really???? Quite absurd! Overall good experience but not worth the ridiculous amount you pay for the room and whatever else around the hotel.

Excellent service and facilities. Great location. Plenty to do for the whole family. It was a delight o have such an unhurried, varied & delicious buffet breakfast.

Great baby friendly hotel, amazing swimming pool
We visited this hotel with our 4-months baby and we had an amazing time there. The hotel offers cradle and bath (a bit old but still available) which makes the stay quite easy and relaxed. The swimming pool is gorgeous and has a fantastic view to the beach. The breakfast is good and has lots of different options, even though it is a bit too noisy..

Nice Stay in Guaruja
I was here for work and spent about 12 hours a day in their conference hall. That being said, I thought the hotel was very nice, the staff was friendly, and it was a very interesting place. The room was fine, although i would have liked a bit more light (in the bathroom and bedroom). Also, the patio door did not close completely, which would have been nice to help with noise and other things. Otherwise, the quality of the sheets, towels, etc were what I expected.

Good hotel and nice grounds. Beach service was horrible, no one to bring chairs and umbrellas. Had to ask multiple times. Overall a good experience but certainly not a top hotel

Shabby hotel
Hotel corridor to our room (number 123) had several puddles where rain had seeped through the ceiling. Hotel forbid you to take any drinks or groceries to your room even if they are just souvenirs, I was stopped by security because I had three large packets of coffee! The barman would not give us two glasses of ice saying we had to ask room service, they then tried to charge us 5.50 for the service! Hotel does not provide bottled drinking water. I would not stay here again.

Nevertheless, we would like to inform you that we have strong policies to avoid our guests from being food poisoned by any kind of food. For this reason, since we have nutricionist professionals whom take samples of any kind of food served in our place, we reserve ourselves to not allow other places food inside our facilities. Every service from our Room Services department has a charging once requested. In this case, we have noticed that you were not happy about this, so we offered this service free of charges However, we understand your concern and thank you again for sharing it with us. The room was clean and nice, and the service was very good. However, it is very expensive considering the hotel’s infrastructure and what you get compared to what you can get in other hotels for the same price (i.e. premium all inclusive).

Hotel muito legal, grande, com muita coisa para fazer: piscina de adultos e infantil, SPA, Mini Golf, quadra de tênis, etc. De frente para a praia, com a comodidade de um espaço na praia exclusivo para hóspedes (mas pago, podendo ser convertido em consumação).

Um lugar muito especial e o atendimento realmente surpreendente. Todos os funcionários são muito bem treinados, wducados, gentis e solícitos. Dois pontos apenas me chamaram atenção: as toalhas do quarto eram muito ásperas, o que não condiz com o nível do hotel, e eu daria a sugestão deles deixarem café coado disponível aos hóspedes, junto com as águas saborizadas que oferecem na recepção.

LAMENTÁVEL
Minha estadia foi péssima em relação ao custo beneficio: 1 Atendimento dos funcionários muito ruim, exceto alguns. 2 Falta de gerenciamento de uma forma geral. 3 Funcionários sem treinamento e sem formação. 4 Comida de qualidade baixa e mal preparada. 5 Demora no preparo da comida. 6 Preços muito altos para a qualidade e serviço oferecidos. 7 Hotel cinco estrelas, porém com atendimento e serviço de uma estrela. 8 Serviço de praia horrível. 9 Serviço de manobristas sem iniciativa, meu carro estava com o pneu furado e além de não terem trocado a roda com o estepe e terem mandado arrumar, somente fui avisado no dia que estava saindo do hotel, tinha compromisso em São Paulo e tive que resolver a situação sozinho em cima da hora para viajar. 10 O ar condicionado do meu quarto fazia um barulho altíssimo, prejudicando o meu descanso. 11 O meu quarto não tinha sinal de internet, reclamei na receção, ficaram de resolver e não fizeram nada, fiquei a estadia toda sem conseguir acesso a internet. 12 Chuveiro ruim com falta de manutenção. Conclusão, nunca tive uma experiência tão ruim em um hotel, ainda mais sendo qualificado com cinco estrelas, o qual não pretendo mais voltar e também não recomendo para ninguém, aliás vou recomendar que não vão nesse hotel.
