This is a first class hotel. Excellent room. Excellent breakfast Friendly helpful staff. You do have to register on the charger web site (scan the bar code on the station) and log your payment card with them on the site but you can do so as a guest.

Despite the external appearance the hotel was a good overnight stop. The staff are friendly and professional and the room/bed comfortable. Unfortunately, due to Covid-19 restrictions the restaurant is closed so we chose from the room menu. BIG MISTAKE. We received two very basic meals in heated jars. Hard to explain but just like a heated preserve. Certainly not worth the +/- 15€ per meal. Go to the nearby Geant and buy something there. Otherwise, a good stay.

Great find!
Great stay! Conveniently located 2 min from main highway exit (A6), the Ibis Styles is very clean, comfortable (beds get you a good night sleep) and pleasant. The bathroom is well set up and feels relatively spacious. Breakfast was included and had a wide choice, including an automatic orange juice presser. Parking is on premises and appears safe. Rooms have space for a couple with a child. We will definitely stay there again on our way to the south of France.

Great stay in lovely hotel.
Great stay - really nice hotel with great facilities, very easy check in, friendly staff and amazing breakfast. Perfect for a short stopover driving through France, but actually would happily stay longer. Would definitely recommend!

Very clean. Minimal furnishings & small room. Adequate for a one night stay. No frills. Wood chair in room uncomfortable. Asked for separate shower not tub with shower when booked. Room was only with tub-shower.

We just used this hotel for an overnight stay on our way to the South of France. It was in an industrial area. The hotel was okay for one night although did not have much atmosphere. Would not recommend it for longer than 1 night

disgustingly over priced drinks
The hotel is quite good and easy to find , there is a retail park with a petrol station and shops and a supermarkets resteraunts about 5 minutes walk away so you can get any essentials that you need . There is also a bar in the complex that was very friendly and good value for money 6.30 Euro far a large and a small beer . We walked back to the hotel to look at the menu so I ordered a beer whilst we looked and that was the end of that idea as I was charged 9 Euro to 1 beer so went back to the retail park to eat . We were returning from the South of France and had eat and drank at some beautiful places with fantastic views and never paid anything near that price . Here I say looking at the dirty chimneys of the factory next door for 9 Euro a drink. Rip off . Will never return here again

The welcome at Reception was excellent, quick and very professional. The receptionist spoke very good English and was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean with a good large bed. Breakfast was adequate with very helpful staff. The only drawback was the location as the hotel is not in a very pretty area next to a shopping centre. Having said that it was practical for us as it was a night stopover for us and easy to get to from the motorway. It was perfect for our purposes and we would use it again. We were very impressed with the quality of the staff.

Modern and Convenient
The hotel is close to the Auto Route. It has a modern vibe and is trying to project a more hip look and it succeeds by and large so give them marks for trying. Considering the room price I could find nothing to fault.

Nice hotel for an overnight stay
We were looking for a clean comfortable quiet economical and convenient overnight stay on a drive from Provence to Paris. Hotel Ibis Styles Chalon Sur Saone met all our requirements. If your needs are similar to ours, I'd recommend a stay here.

A convenient hotel for a half way stop to Calais
The family room was small and they had no extra pillows when asked.Coffee and a small glass of house wine was well over priced [11euros].Breakfast was excellent with a good choice.We enjoyed our meal at Buffalo at the end of the road.

A convenience stop, but the restaurant let it down
A convenience stop en-route back from the Alps, but the restaurant food in the evening was very limited on a Saturday night to a very "French" continental style buffet, which did not appeal to the children. The rooms were fine, but hot, and the tea making facilities were held centrally and not in your room. I would suggest we paid a premium for "Styles", but the ordinary Ibis in the area would be just as good. Beware there are at least 4 Ibis hotels within one mile...get the right one!

Great base for family wine country getaway
We stayed at this hotel for two nights during a wine country weekend. The hotel staff were courteous and helpful, the restaurant was great, the room small for a family of three but clean and comfortable. Our young daughter loved the game room for kids. A very comfortable stay! Our one complaint was the quality of the towels, which 'shed' during use, which wasn't pleasant.

Great mid trip stay heading South
Great Hotel, easy from motorway - close to take away's, small pool, very accommodating. Large rooms and very quiet, breakfast was great - evening dinner prices a little on high side for portion size etc. Really looked after babies and our family. Free internet when we stayed and always free breakfast! Also free parking.

Ibis trying something new
Ibis calls this property "Style" - it is hard to figure who they are trying to attract. During my stay there were small children everywhere in a hotel that is surely not decorated with kids in mind. Rooms are very small - NO ammenities whatsoever except for the 'squeeze me' soap containers. For foreigners used to face clothes - forget it! Bring your own. Towels furnished are small and thin. It would have been great to have coffee service in the room. Service for dinner was incredibly slow; food is only so.so; prices are extremely high. Breakfast was the usual fair for hotels in France - nothing special. The best thing going for this hotel: FREE internet in your room and FREE parking. Desk staff helpful and friendly. Why is ICE considered to be an unattainable item?

We arrived late and picked up one of the last rooms on a Saturday. Room condition was fine except the stench of stale cigarettes. Sign on door said no smoking room, but it was clear that this was either being ignored by guests or they just stuck a sign on the door that day. It was a shame because the bed was really comfortable and all facilities were good. Next day we booked into another Ibis, condition and facilities were excellent.

Stayed for one night on way back from Provence. Our 2nd stay in an Ibis Styles (Dijon central), and this one was better in many ways. Rooms much bigger, bathrooms much bigger, staff really friendly and helpful. And so nice to have its own car park. Very quiet, we had a room overlooking gardens. Restaurant served a good dinner, quite noveau cuisine but good quality and helpful staff to explain a few of the menu choices. Excellent breakfast, no problem getting a table even at 8 00. Would stay here again.

A good stop over for a night or two.
A very pleasant hotel and very good value for money. Rooms were spacious and had everything you needed including wifi. Restaurant was very good - a little on the pricey side - with a nice outside patio area. Easy access from the autoroute. A very good stopping off point a a good base for visiting Bourgogne vineyards and Beaune.

Hôtel correct si vous êtes de passage. Douche médiocre avec température tiède/froide ou bouillante à vous de choisir. Arrivée à 19h, le resto m’annonce pas avant 20h30… Je ne reviendrai pas dans cette établissement. Ps: arrêter avec le mode hôtel sur les Tv, nous voulons pouvoir brancher notre pc.
