An hotel with terrible service

Although i made my payment via expedia, stuff tried to charge me at first. Then they took us to the worst room where there is no light or fresh air and when i asked for a better room they told me that all the rooms are full but it was not and they finally change our room. Stuff at the restaurant are also rude and the meal was not good at all. Finally in the morning there was a poor breakfast and the first moments we were happy was when we checked out. Hotel with good ammenities but the worst service.

One day is more than enough

Terrible recopsionist beware of them..check your bills and especially lady she is so unpolite who has glasses Breakfast area small and not tasty but garden restaurant is good Spa section is quite good

On the beach, 5 minutes from the city center

Actually it was a perfect choice, for anyone who needs to relax. Clean rooms, excellent facilities. Closed to city center. Just keep in minds on your way back that you May take one hour to cross the bridge to Istanbul.

Great spa experience in a tranquil setting.

Pros: Overlooks the lake. Great spa treatments and professional staff. Very clean hotel. Good breakfast.
Cons: Although the food menus had lots of choices, the food was not exceptionally great.
Had a lovely anniversary celebration with excellent spa treatments. The spa staff and the hotel staff were very helpful and professional. The hotel overlooks Sapanca lake and is very relaxing and quiet. This was our second time there and we will definitely return again.

Very good resort
