very nice hotel but drinks and food too expensivd

Very nice hotel to relax however drinks and food too expensive. Hotel stuff is very sincere and polite. Food is very delicious.

Most relaxing, re energizing hotel

Pros: SPA and ambiance.
Cons: Add kettle to the rooms. Free water. Library like room.
Location: Take free bikes offered by hotel and take a tour around Sapanca like. Near markets are very cheap. You buy some and have a little picnic.
Hotel is located at the coast of lake Sapanca. Hotel has a very good running track if you prefer. SPA has incredible varieties. I just loved the ceramic beds and hot water beds. Only adults are allowed which is perfect since you do not want hear babies or infants crying around. Hotel restaurant is rich and delicious. It also has fair prices. Missing points are room kettle and free water. In Turkey tap water is not recommended.

Very nice hotel by the lake

Pros: The view, the food, the spa
Cons: Rooms have technical issues. This was our 2nd stay and once our airconditioning was faulty and this time the light in the bathroom was not working.
This is a very pleasant hotel with great spa area and spa services. It is right by the lake and has a very relaxing atmosphere. The staff is very helpful and kind. Food is amazing, including dinner buffet when you book half board stay.

Great view

Everything was awesome but I have to point out that temperature of the spa pools should be more heated.

An hotel with terrible service

Although i made my payment via expedia, stuff tried to charge me at first. Then they took us to the worst room where there is no light or fresh air and when i asked for a better room they told me that all the rooms are full but it was not and they finally change our room. Stuff at the restaurant are also rude and the meal was not good at all. Finally in the morning there was a poor breakfast and the first moments we were happy was when we checked out. Hotel with good ammenities but the worst service.

Terrible recopsionist beware of them..check your bills and especially lady she is so unpolite who has glasses Breakfast area small and not tasty but garden restaurant is good Spa section is quite good
