Beautiful night away

The staff were very welcoming and accomodating, the fine dining restaurant and cocktails were to die for. We had an executive king spa room with spa next to bed and it was amazing to relax under lights while enjoying a drink n a movie. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a romantic night away

Good value for money

Pros: The spa in the bathroom was amazing, after a long day of walking on the beach and around the shops it was lovely to soak in our own private spa.
Cons: The beds need to be replaced - there is no comfort left in them. It also wouldn't take much to make note of which Austar channels are provided.
Location: We went up to visit family so didn't participate in "touristy" activities, but if you are a boho fan there is a shop called "Pushkar" you must visit!
Beautiful grounds, spacious & updated apartment - However, not cleaned properly... Pulled hair out of the bath jet... The beds were very uncomfortable and definitely need updating. No where does it tell you what austar channels you get, you just have to flick through the hundred or so channels until you find one that works. Very pleased to find that we had our own carport right underneath the apartment, and the indoor heated salt water pool was delightful. We will stay there again, however we are hopeful that there will be some new beds next time and that the apartment is cleaned properly.

A very peaceful,tranquil place to stay

The hotel staff were very friendly & welcoming the food from the restaurant was exceptional. I felt like I had my own little cabin in my own little piece of paradise. It was fantastic value for money & I will definitely be going back. Thanks guys for the best wkend I've had in a long time.

Not a bad place, just older, needs a little work. Probably not really worth the money we paid?

Peaceful

The lady in reception was lovely. Room was just right for us. So peaceful. indoor pool was definitely a bonus for us. Would definitely stay there again. Close to everything we needed.

The cabin was okay, however was in need of maintenance and pest control. We were provided with the complimentry tea and coffee (as you would expect), although 2 coffees and 3 tea bags, to me, don't seem to be enough for 2 people over 4 days. There was the option for more at the cost of $1 each sachet, the same price for extra toilet paper if required. The pool and spa were both broken/ out of order, the BBQ area was unclean and is inside the pool area. There is an indoor pool but did not look or feel clean.. The facilities were lacking and very little to do in the grounds. I would not stay here again unless some serious changes were made!

Thank you for your review. As stated on your booking site, we provide a starter pack of tea, coffee etc only. This keeps room prices down for our guests. As you mentioned extra supplies are readily available from reception. We are in the process of having a brand new spa installed so we apologise for the inconvenience of not having it operational during your stay. We hope you will consider us in the future.

Great room on a budget

Booked our budget room a couple of hours before we arrived. A quick stop on our way up the coast. Staff were great, very friendly. Had dinner at the bar, again staff were really friendly and accommodating. Would love to go back and stay a bit longer.

'Paradise' should be removed from name

Hotel has not had an update since the 80's in my guess. Room was clean, until you notice the glasses and cutlery clearly were not, Was also no proper blankets in the room, woke up freezing even with 2 throw overs that I found in the cupboard, may I suggest a non insulated cabin need a proper quilt for the bed in winter!!

Hi Phil. We are sorry to hear you did not enjoy your stay. As you would've seen at the time of booking we do have a variety of rooms including brand new renovated ones that people can choose if they wish. There is a number in your room that you can call anytime should you require any assistance. All rooms have reverse cycle air conditioning which we hope you took advantage of, and we are glad you found the spare warm blankets that we keep in the cupboard as extras should people require. When winter does begin extra blankets are put on the bed as well as the spares in the cupboard. We do hope we can welcome you back sometime.

The bungalow we stayed in was really great clean tidy and had everything we needed for an overnight stay. Would recommend staying here for 1 night or a week.
