There were so many issues with this property: 30% of the light bulbs were out, the grill was filthy, the hot tub was filthy. Of all the remotes on this property for various things, only one worked. Extra pillows were provided but no pillow cases, much less extra linens. Nearly all the cookware was in horrible shape - gross. Virtually no serving dishes/bowls/platters. One of the beds needed a bed frame that had been delivered but only got set up like 3 days before we left. The 3 mattresses downstairs were like rocks & the list goes on & on. The home would likely be of interest as a purchase but as a vacation rental it sorely lacked. And no matter what anyone would pay.. we paid nearly 10,000.. and expected a property that had been property maintained. Had it not been for the very responsive property contact this rating would be far less than just OK.
