Good location

Posted Feb 2, 2017
No porter or staff offer to bring our luggages up to our rooms when we arrive. We had 4 luggages and a pram that me and my wife had to push ourselves. Excellent location for moving around and clean rooms

STOP SMOKING

Posted Jul 17, 2016
Staff and facilities are fine. However, we requested a non-smoking room and that could not be accommodated. It would be so nice to have the hotel smoke free! Long overdue for a pretty classy hotel!

Nice hotel, but need a bit more color

Posted Jun 27, 2016
Accessible within walking distance from the main JR train station, as well as the Odori park and shopping area. However, the condition of hotel is a bit of wear. It needs kind of renovation.

Room smelt of smoke, bad for asthmatics. Carpet was worn and tired. Bathroom clean but very small and shower was uncomfortable. Needs renovating.

Cons: all innovation
Those Hotel is Toyo-ko-Inn, How is the price 1night USD 380?? There small size, no kindest, no Ice, everything compare with Tokyo Haytt. Really, those hotel is available USD 120.00~~150.00 is OK.

Close to station

Layout of room is not good. TV in wrong location. Room is small. Make you feel you do not want to go back to your hotel room.

Very Nice hotel at a very reasonable rate. In the heart of Sapporo, with excellent access to central sites in the city. There is a high-quality restaurant on the 26th floor which is a bit expensive but worth it. Great views from The 26th floor restaurant and lounge. Staff was extemly helpful even with limited English language skills.

Business hotel close to Sapporo station

Posted Jan 5, 2015
Cons: The hotel should require their foreign employees to exhibit the same courteous behavior towards their guests as their native Japanese staff.
The ANA Sapporo is a business hotel within very close proximity of both the Sapporo JR train and subway stations. In fact, there is a subway entrance conveniently located on the same block. The main city bus station can also be found within 2 blocks. Because of this, one can readily access much of Sapporo from this hotel. In addition to its optimal location, there is a SeicoMart convenience store on the 1st floor, which is a much more economical option than the standard hotel sundry store. As expected, the rooms were quite small with a miniscule refrigerator, but there was a surprisingly amply sized bathroom. The native Japanese staff were mostly courteous. However, the hotel also employed a foreign staff member, likely for his so-called English speaking abilities. Unfortunately, this staff member was impolite and quite frankly rude.

good hotel near JR Sapporo station

Posted Sep 24, 2014
Pros: เดินทางสะดวก
Cons: ห้องพักค่อนข้างแคบ และราคาค่อนข้างสูง
Location: JR Sapporo station, Tokyu department store, Dimaru
