The breakfast was our favorite and had a good variety every morning. The room was clean and the bed was one of the most comfortable we've slept on in Japan. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful whenever we had questions. We would recommend this hotel and would stay again if back in the area.

Nice hotel close to airport. Free shuttle was advertised but description needs to specify that shuttle is only available reserved only and is for transport to the airport, not from airport to hotel. Breakfast was really good!

For the price that is, get what you pay for. Super clean facilities, lovely staff. The room itself is a bit cramped. Highly recommend doing the buffet breakfast. For its price is great value. However, wish there was a later bus service to the airport, latest currently being 9:40am. Overall good place to stop by for a night or two.

Hokkaido is very cold from November to March, so please be careful about what you wear when you come. Please take care of your body. We look forward to seeing you again.
The breakfast is totally worth it, opt in for a pretty good breakfast variety. The staff on the property is also super helpful and great! The only thing i didn’t really like was that the hallway reeked of cigarettes even though I got a a smoke-free room, i could still smell it through the walls.

I was there to sleep before my flight and this was exactly what I wanted. I wouldn't suggest this hotel if you plan to stay long term as there is little to do in this area. However, if you want a place to stay on your last night in Hokkaido for an early flight the next day, look no further. I also want to shout out how great the breakfast was. I went to an expensive Onsen hotel and had their brwakfast. Not only was it cheaper at this Hotel, but the quality was better too. The staff were very helpful and kind during our stay.

The hotel was fairly easy to find and walkable from the JR Chitose station. This would have been easy if it was any other season however it was winter so the supposedly 10 minute walk advertised seemed to be longer and of course with luggage and the freezing cold, it was really hard to manage.
Communication was a problem as the staff did not seem to understand English. Thank God for Google Translate! For a hotel, I think it would be good if they have some signage in English to help make it easier for tourists that stay there. They didn't even have an English map. If you need one - you may be able to get one from the tourist information located at the Chitose station.
Its also important to note that they have 8 seats available in their shuttle hence its very important to make a booking for this right away. The first shuttle was 825AM and the last one was 940AM.
Room itself was okay. I liked the toiletries provided. I also liked the bed and the duvet. The pillow was a bit hard for my taste and the room was really warm. I think they have centralized AC. I couldn't sleep so I had to borrow a fan from the front desk. Room also had a bit of a musty smell.

I liked the welcoming, they gifted my daughter and it kept her busy for a while for me to check-in.
The breakfast was ok. And they have free shuttle bus for Chitose train station.
Within walkable distance from Chitose JR Station (10 mins)
Friendly and helpful staff, some speak great English some do not but they are still happy to assist ++++ and nothing a little google translate can’t do! Best thing is complimentary shuttle transport to CTS airport which takes all the stress outta equation!
Reception was friendly. Was pleasantly surprised that they provide shuttle to airport. The room was clean but it was very small. Hardly had enough walking space for me and my wife. If you've got a big luggage, you will probably have to open it on the bed then.
I got a room on the 2nd floor and it's right at the far end of the corridor. Got the feeling it's because I booked via 3rd party online app and with promo discount?
The room is really small, too small for couples with 2 luggages, i went there during summer time,they are using centralized aircon, but it is hot during night time even i have requested them to lower the temperature of the aircon
Very hard pillow, very little aircond like no air. When open up the windows, mosquitoes comes in. Unable to sleep whole night. Left quickly next morn for airport, Only benefit they provide shuttle to airport which is certainly a plus point.
