Extremely beautiful hotel and I’m on the 12th floor with panoramic views of the city. It’s one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in so far and I would recommend it for anyone. The location is incredible and very centrally located. And I love Sarajevo and it’s been a great experience!

Perfect Old Town location. Room was nice and clean. Staff was friendly. Beautiful view of the city from hotel terrace. Reason I didn’t give it 5 star ⭐️ is they don’t send anyone with me to help with suitcases once I checked out and got off the elevator. I had to drag my 2 suitcases down by myself. This is the only thing I wasn’t happy 😃 with.

Location was in prime spot. If the goal is to stay and see the old city, then you were right in the middle of deal today and you don’t have to worry about getting a taxi to get there. All the eateries are there also.

Not so good.
My room did not have functioning WiFi. The room was not clean, there was hair everywhere; the staff tried, but did not address the broken WiFi. Every night at midnight there was a loud beeping noise coming from the reception area which last 30-60 minutes. At checkout, no one asked how my stay was. However, the location is excellent and some of the staff were very friendly.

Great stay & perfect location!
Perfect location! Bars & restaurants on the doorstep with a grocery to the left in same block. Everything is walkable. Our minibar didn’t work but we told them & the next day we got one that even had a tiny freezer with ice cube tray. We even had a separate living room with sofa, chairs, tables & another tv! Tv also in bedroom. The free breakfast 7-10am had scrambled & hardboiled eggs, fruits, veggies, breads, toaster, cheeses & meats,cereals, milk, juices & coffee. They give you a voucher for 2 free drinks at their cafe/bar(NO alcohol served here), where the outdoor wrap around terrace is & you can even sit out there without having to order. The 2 ladies at front desk were very nice & helpful. At checkout Eyela let us pay our bill with all of our leftover cash (BAM)& the remainder on our credit card, as we were headed to the AP where they did NOT have a currency exchange booth & the duty free ship was priced only in euros. Just a small cafe there for drinks & snack payable in bam. They have a shuttle for AP that we prebooked the day before as it serves all 4 of their hotels but when we decided to leave earlier, she called & he came in just 5 min. Elevator only to check in desk on9th floor, then up 1 flight to cafe/terrace, then up more stairs depending on which floor you are on. I would definitely stay here again if I returned to Sarajevo.

Couples trip.
Nice staff. Very clean. Pluses- great views, location, comfortable beds, nice breakfast and welcome drinks. Price was very reasonable. Minuses- maintenance issues. Broken door locks, mini fridge not working, peeling wallpaper. We had to switch rooms due to the broken lock and were given a MUCH smaller room. Barely enough room for two adults to move around. The TV reception was bad in both rooms. But overall worked well for our visit.

Excellent location
This hotel has an impressive set of rooms. Located on the 9th floor and up the views are outstanding. We had a panorama of Sarajevo. It's also located in the heart of the city where you can walk to restaurants, bars, shops, tourist attractions, etc. The staff was outstanding, very friendly. The only issues were a breakfast that was mediocre. It was included in the room price, but it wasn't great. The hotel "bar" didn't serve alcohol, which was a bit weird. Parking was free but located at their sister hotel that was a 5 minute walk, so not a big deal.

Great location, next to old town
Great location, close to old part of Sarajevo (Carsija). Hotel is on the top of apartment building so views are nice. Bar is open until 11:00 pm, but it doesn't serve alcohol.

Nice little hotel with great location
This is a clean little boutique hotel with a very friendly staff and a very convenient location in Sarajevo. This hotel is very conveniently located at the entrance of the pedestrian zone going to the old town in Sarajevo. The area is pretty safe for walking around (but like in any other big - and small - cities in the world basic safety measures are recommended). The hotel itself is located at the 9 and above floors of an apartment building (the lobby / receptionist is at the 9th floor). One of the issue is that there is only a single tiny (4 people capacity) elevator servicing the hotel: so at peak time the wait to go up or down can be quite long! The room I had was small, even by European standards. The bathroom was of comfortable size (relative to the room!) with the basics: sink, toilet, shower. My room being at the 11th floor had two sides of floor to ceiling windows giving me an excellent view of the city. Breakfast was in the restaurant on the 10th floor and was you typical "continental" fare: nothing great but nothing bad either. All in all a good place for the price, would definitively recommend.

Tough one. It wasn't that there was anything drastically wrong with the place, but as we paid a bit more than we might have ordinarily, we came away a little disappointed. There's no lift up to the rooms, just to reception. One of the lights flickered and it never got fixed after we asked. There were other lights so it wasn't like we were in the room, but it's an example of what I'm taking about. Breakfast was great the day we were down early, but the days we were there after 9 the eggs were cold. One day when my partner was sick and couldn't eat a full meal, we asked if we could get a couple of slices of toast at lunchtime and they wouldn't help so I had to go looking for simple food. None of this was a major problem, and the room was clean, the mattress was soft like a cloud (arguably too soft!) and the view was fantastic, but we did expect more when we paid a little more and left a little disappointed.

So disappointing- could be a great Hotel.. but not
Check in- drag your own bags up stairs. One of my friends couldn't check in as the room had been "trashed" according to staff. My room was tiny- the air-con was not working well, the shower head had come off the wall, it smelled of smoke and was uncomfortable. Luckily I had friends to take me out for the night otherwise I would have wandered the streets til I was so tired I'd have to sleep. Was suppose to stay 3 nights, but stayed 1 and ran from the place. The staff were great with me leaving early- they must have seen the rooms!

Only stayed one night, but the location is awesome. The entrance to the hotel is at (one of the) main streets of Sarajevo. You're right smack in the centre of shops and 2 minutes walk away from bars / eateries and clubs.Within 5 minutes of walking you see the first churches AND mosques.

Excellent Hotel
If you want to have a good time in Sarajevo, stay in this hotel. This is on main street in Sarajevo, close to all stores, cafes etc. Hotel has beautiful dining room whit great view on whole city.. Staff was extremely friendly and kind. Great hotel and I will come back again.

The views are what this place is all about
A very well located hotel right at the centre of old town with a short walk from all the interesting sights - e.g.the Turkish/Ottoman part of town, the bridge where Franz Ferdinand was killed, the Latin quarter etc. The views are amazing and well worth the stay - perhaps better for short stays than long ones.

Excellent view
Probablly highest building in old town area. It looks like additional floors on top of the original building. The view from hotel room is excellent. You can enjoy the view of Sarajevo for more than two directions.

Great view of Sarajevo
The hotel has a great location, vey close to the main spots of the city. It has a spectacular view, Sarajevo does not have very high buildings and the hotel is in the top floors. The only problem is that it does not have elevator from the 9th floor to the next three but the lobby staff would help you. Very recommendable. Just be aware that the hotel is paid on site and not via expedia, that was an uncertainty point of the trip, overall if you are used to pay everything throudh expedia.

Great central hotel for sightseeing
Location excellent by the 'eternal flame' at the start of the pedestrianised area, and great view of the city centre from the bar on the 10th floor. Hotel is the top few floors of an apartment building. Rooms are large and spacious and clean, staff are friendly, the breakfast is a buffet and hot food (omelettes etc) can be orders from the waitress. The only disadvantage is that the hotel is based on the top four floors of the building and once at the reception level there is no lift so we had to carry our luggage up several flights of stairs, and also walk up/down the stairs to our rooms, so not too suitable for elderly people but fine for everybody else.

Gutes Haus
Tolle Lage, direkt an der Fußgängerzone. Die Altstadt ist 10 min entfernt. Die Rezeption hat ein Taxi zur Abholung am Flughafen vermittelt. Großes Zimmer mit schönem Blick. Freundliches Personal. Nur ein Manko: kein Frühstück. Dafür eine Bäckerei direkt nebenan.

Zimmer zu klein Bad sehr klein ohne Ablage für Zahnbürsten kein halterung für Handtücher 9 Stock mit Lift und weitere 3 Stockwerke zufuss Treppe ohne Aufzug sowas habe ich nirgends gesehen bus jetzt ich reiße viel Privat auch Geschäftlich Preis war zu teuer für das was Hotel bietet als 4 Sterne ??? Warum passt nicht wie sehen andere aus
