I was not able to get bill for my staying which was paid electronically. They told me to ask that from the booking agency, and it is for the first time. All other things are OK, but it is not definitely hotel with the 4 stars.

Nice hotel very close to airport
Awesome shower! This is the shower I waited three weeks for. Very close to airport...you could walk in 20 mins on well-lit streets and save being ripped off for cab fare as I was.

worst hotel in my life
i did not stay at the BM, the room was minimal and dark, without air conditioner, onl a fan, and the large tv screen described was a 14" old from the 70's, the only large is the deep of such tv, I did not check if it was color or black and white. The room wasn't clean until 6:30 PM. They gave me excuses and promised to do not charge me the rooms. Regards, Mario V Falak

Very basic hotel, needs a lot of modernising!!!
Our original rooms were so small, like a small box room in a house, simple bed, and smoking outside. after we spoke to a manger our rooms were upgraded, but still very basic. there were staff members smokingin the communal areas and as they were friendly, still not as knowledgeable! breakfast was basic and simple. not continental. the bathrooms realyl do need updating as well!

Very institutional looking and feeling. Room and public areas had no wall decoration. Bed was comfortable, but except for the bottom sheet, you had to make it yourself. Top sheet was folded on bed. Comforter (stained) was in the wardrobe. When I went to the desk to ask for another comforter, the clerk was very abrupt. Room was otherwise clean. Shower enclosure was a mix of shower door and shower curtain. Breakfast buffet was above average with a decent selection of pastries, fruits, cold meats, and eggs.

Nice big rooms quiet and you are left alone
I liked the hotel and the staff. Also there some bars near bye. The only problem is that in the initial add expedia said it was near the town. That was changed later but it was too late for me to change then. I'd say 5 0r 6 miles from town. Not long in a taxi and they are cheap £4 to £6 pounds. Get the red taxi if you can

Great deal just outside Sarajevo
Spacious, clean rooms for a great price. The hotel is a little bit outside the city, which was fine for us as we had a car. However, it looked like you could easily access public transportation from there.

Very nice, clean, inexpensive and comfortable hote
The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was actually further away from the centre of the city than expected-- based on the information on expedia-- but it was very close to one of the main tram lines.

The location is not so close to city centre. Actually its close to another city called İlica. The comfort of the beds are not that good.

This hotel is located near the airport and not in the city centre as the map suggests. Apparently the hotel management are aware of this and have informed Expedia to correct this. Many travellers expect the hotel in the city centre, the staff pint out that this is the only hotel in the group Lots of excursions with noisy kids especially at the weekends, so you have been warned. Wifi is free but intermittent

Clean hotel, very large room, but far away
The hotel has very good, clean service and the room that was offered to me as a single traveller was more like an apartment rather; it was so large. Although the hotel is on the main road to the city center and it's conveniently linked to it with reliable tram service as public transportation, it takes more than 25 minutes to get to the city center once you leave from the hotel and the tram service isn't available around the clock. However, once having sorted out this situation, I scheduled my sightseeings and outings accordingly, and overall I'm very satisfied from my stay in general. If you have a car, then this hotel is unbeatable. Plus, it's only 2km away from the airport.

The hotel was upscale, more than reasonably priced and the hotel staff went the extra mile. The service alone should qualify it for a five star hotel. Picking this hotel is a great choice.

Great hotel, mediocre location
This hotel is better on the inside than on the outside. There are few negative points except the location. Based on the description we had of the location of the hotel, we thought it was very close to downtown. This is absolutely not the case. However, public transportation is not far, and if you have a car you will be fine. This is probably a 10, or at most 15, minute drive to the old town of Sarajevo. The price is a bargain, so if you can solve the transportation issue then it is a good deal. The hotel caters mainly to businessmen, but is a good choice for tourists as well.

Close to the Airport and thats about it
Its definitely closeby the airport, cost me 6KM to get from there to the airport by taxi. Watch out for cabbies that try to screw you out of money. shouldnt pay more than 10KM for a ride to this hotel. There is nothing around this hotel so dont expect to sight see unless you are planning to ride the tram around. Besides that the staff and hotel were great. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and all around a good experience.

空港には近いが選ぶべきではない
帰国の為にサラエボで空港近くを探しました。 空港まで車で10分～15分程度でしょうか、何もない(食事する所など)のは分かっていましたが、最悪なのが部屋のトイレ。流す所のボタン？が剥き出しで一回流したら水が止まらなくなりました。レセプションの女性に伝えた所、男性を行かせますと言ったきり、30分位部屋で待機していましたが誰も来ませんでした。再度レセプションへ。その女性は既にいなくて代わりにいた男性に言うと、伝えていなかったのでしょうね、聞いていないような反応でした。 その男性にトイレを見て貰い鍵を預けて食事へ、戻ると直ってはいないが使えるとの事(水漏れもしていない)どうやら用を足してもずっと水が流れ続けているのでそのまま自然に流れていくと言いたかったのか。結局、用を足しても放置しました。いくら海外で日本とは違うと言えどもこの対応はどうなのか、呆れました。こちらはお金を出して宿泊しているので事前に最低限の設備点検はしていないのかと憤りを感じます。私以前に宿泊した人はどうしていたのでしょうかね？その時から同じだったのでしょうか？他の部屋はどうか分かりませんが、選ぶべきではないです。お金の無駄です。

Mis à part la jeune femme qui nous a accueilli aimablement et nous a fourni de bons conseils, le reste du personnel est dépourvu de toute amabilité et même de la moindre politesse. Les seuls éléments positifs sont le parking devant l'hôtel et la vaste chambre, en fait un petit appartement. Pour le reste c'est plus que décevant. Au petit déjeuner le café (quand on veut bien mettre de l'eau dans l'appareil) est mauvais, quasi pas de viennoiseries, on ne dispose que de gobelets en plastique et pas de sucre... On se demande qui a bien pu donner 4 étoiles à cet établissement, à éviter.

Vraiment bidon voir nul.service et petit déjeuner nul. Le personnel fait la tronche toute la journée. Ils sont agacés des que vous posez une question. Propreté de la chambre c est limite.

Far from the city
To far away from the city center if you want to see Sarajevo. I booked two nights, but after taking the tram back and forth to the city center the first day, I booked a hostel in the city center and moved there the morning of the second day. It was worth paying extra for the hostel.

I booked my room, paid it online and when I arrived, they told me first, that the hotel is full. I said that it can not be possible. After all they found me a room at another building. It was room with bad, too hot air and no air conditioner. Old bed with dirty sheets and lots of noise outside. The breakfast was ok.

großzügige Zimmer, Lage und Qualität so lala
Trotz gebuchtem Nichtraucherzimmer gab es kein solches im Hotel, da alles Raucherzimmer sind. Die Geräuschkulisse in der Nacht war störend, da im Industriegebiet gelegen und ständig Verladetätigkeiten vor dem Hotel stattfanden. Frühstück ging so. Einen Reinungsservice für die Zimmer gab es an den Tagen meines Aufenthalts nicht. Im Bad waren Utensilien vorheriger Gäste zu finden ... daher Service und Sauberkeit enttäuschend.

Optimales Preis Leistungsverhältnis.
Ich hatte 2 Übernachtungen im Hotel BM.Ingesamt war ich zufrieden.Die Zimmer waren groß und sauber.Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.Das Frühstücksbuffett war reichlich und gut.Die Tram Richtung City fährt in der Nähe ab .Das Hotel würde ich wieder buchen.

Une catastrophe
Par quoi commencer. Par la salle de bain. Fuite au niveau de la chasse d'eau qui n'a pas été réparé malgré ma demande et robinet du lavabo complétement dévissé. Le lit ensuite avec des draps plein de tâches à l'arrivée et qui n'ont absolument pas été changés pendant mon séjour. Ménage inexistant. Insonorisation quasi nulle. Et enfin ont m'a reproché d'avoir volé un jeu de clé d'une chambre autre que la mienne. Bref voyageur, évité cet endroit pour votre bien.

Ich habe das Hotel gebucht um in Visoko an einem 4 tägigem Seminar teilzunehmen und die Sonnenpyramide und Tunnel zu besichtigen. Mit Mietwagen war das kein Problem. Leider war zu dieser Zeit Regen, Regen und nochmal Regen. -Das Hochwasser war überall zu sehen. Seit den Wetteraufzeichnungen vor 120 Jahren, war dies das erste Hochwasser. Trotzdem habe ich die Gastfreundschaft überall zu spüren bekommen. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.
