I got a king size room and my bed was definitely queen or smaller. Also the room was really hot and couldn’t turn the temperature down

The staff has unique culture and work ethics you would not find even in most trendy hotels. It's unique experience you have to feel. Staff is so natural and welcoming (not artificially as you may experience with some other chains). I would rate it 10 out of 10 even if they cost 10 times more. There's no amount of money that can replace normal relaxed interaction with staff that will go forth and back to accommodate your needs. Rare to see these days, even at most expensive resorts around the world.

We had a great stay. The staff is very friendly and attentive, especially Fatima. Breakfast was much more than we expected with many choices of hot and cold dishes. Location is close to the main Sarajevo sights yet in a calm and quite spot. The rooms are spacious with many amenities including fully equipped kitchenette. Thanks for having us.

For a well recognized hotel chain, I was disappointed with the customer service. We checked in at about 6 pm. Discovered that our 3rd bed had no towels or sheets. Several calls to housekeeping and receptions to which we were told “5 min” more than once. Over a 1.5 hr later still no linens. Eventually someone arrived with sheets, towels but no pillow. We booked our room for 3 nights under 2 back to back reservations. When we checked in reception assured me that we could stay in the room. The note was not shared with colleagues who threatened to remove us from the room because we needed to check out. I booked this hotel because it had on site parking. It does. But, you need to drive your car into a claustrophobic box elevator. I don’t usually write a poor hotel review, but beware booking here.

Hotel was nice, good location. Breakfast was basic. Rooms were HOT. Complained to management and was told it was on a heat/AC system so could not be individually controlled. Shut off the heat but the room was still boiling. Was sweating in bed in April. Sheets and towels smelled like smoke, though it was a non-smoking hotel.
