Sweet little stay. Perfect for solo travel. Brenda was welcoming, friendly, with great recommendations for dinner. Unit #43 could use some updating and a deep clean, but the bed was sooo comfy! My suggestions would be to add wire rack/shelf in shower to hold shampoo, etc, as well as a bath mat (I used my beach towel). Overall very pleased and will definitely return and recommend! Thank you for a lovely two night getaway!

Excellent location and friendly staff. Condo was fine but extremely poorly stocked kitchen. Couldn't find enough kitchen utensils to cook a simple meal. The bed WAS HORRIBLE! Very saggy in the middle. Awful. I slept on the couch which was just a little better.

Very small hours to check in and out. Door to the bathroom was completely broken. Tons of mold in the bathroom shower. Parking is really difficult during rush hours. Must have dedicated parking, having to Lyft or Uber in this town takes at least 30 minutes which ruins the whole point of having a beachfront hotel.

We took a spur of the moment two day trip and was very pleasantly surprised with the property. Steps from the ocean and our room had a private deck that afforded a very nice view of the beach. Nice clean heated pool pool. And walking distance from a nice restaraunt. The Drum Circle on Saturday night was a very nice surprise. Definitely will be back for a longer stay.

Great place to stay on the water. If you’re looking for a full service hotel, this is not for you it’s a quiet quaint place to stay on the beach. The office is open 9-5 to exchange and get new towels. No room service on a daily basis. Room was clean and comfortable with a full kitchen

This place is right on the beach / bay. We chose the beach side efficiency and were delighted. All the guests and staff were extremely friendly. It was so great, I had a hard time prying my wife away from the property to do other things. It’s very close to the Nokomis public beach but it technically it is a private beach immediately north. We had a blast here and would definitely recommend this to the rest of the world. We felt like we saw Italy and Greece as we spent time in Venice, FL and Tarpon Springs, Fl. This place is well situated between Naples and Tampa to make this a vacationers paradise.

Good location. Overpriced. Was checked into the wrong room at first and I had to sort that out, ok no problem. WiFi is not existent and the bed is 50 years old spring with no support at all. No batteries in the tv remote, found out late at night. Very close to beach was nice otherwise.

We love this area. This property is the closest to dining and has a great access to the beach. Staff is friendly, and the updated studio was perfect for us. Great shower!

stick your toes in the sand and unwind!
We only stayed a few days, but are planning a visit back very soon! Staff was ready and very welcoming at check in. Room was clean and very comfortable. Right on the beach, we were close to everything we wanted, restaurant and entertainment, fishing, pool, beach. It was the perfect way to unplug and just step away from daily life. The shelling was great too!
