The front desk staff manager was welcoming and friendly. Rooms were clean and quiet, and the bed was comfortable. Lots of nice amenities. I was very pleased with our stay.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Property is old, color and deco are dark and dated. The dining room is dark and one light comes on and off every few min. The shower curtain is broken, hard to stop the water splashing. Had to use towel to block the opening of the curtain. The mattress it's very high for me to sit at the side of the bed and I am 5.6 tall with long legs. If they can fix these issues , it would be wonderful.

I had a very friendly gentleman check me in on 12/9 around 10 pm but when I checked out the next day the guy was rude as can be. Shortly after I checked out I was waiting on getting to my destination and asked to use the downstair restroom and he rudely stopped the young lady from letting me.

We liked the older manager fellow very much. We appreciated the continental breakfast & availability of coffee; and the location was convenient. We did not like the damp mustiness of the place; air conditioning was so-so; stains on furniture in our room; and worst of all - the floor rug was dirty. We didn’t notice it at first, but then we realized that the bottoms of our bare feet were black & dirty after walking on the room rug without socks.

The front desk staff was pleasant but that could not make up for the fact the hotel is rundown but still charging high prices. The floors and surfaces were sticky. This place needs renovations and a deep cleaning.

They do believe in being cleaned to the point for me my room was too strong of the chemicals that they use to clean the room. I was given a new room without any fuss. I was able to dictate how I wanted them to clean my room since I was there for a few days. Management staff and the cleaning staff were very accommodating. Management staff said anything I need just let them know. Even having breakfast after breakfast hours was over. Due to no fault of theirs, they had a little problem with the cable service. lt went out every night around the same time. This was a little frustrated for it was doing prime time TV and it stayed off for up to an hour and 45 minutes. They did have the cable people come out and check it, which is all they can do.
