Coquina Beach Club 110, Beachfront Studio, Heated Pool, Booking Spring-Summer.

Coquina Beach Club110, is a 550 square foot studio, with a pool, beach and gulf view from our deck. The beach is steps from the door. Our saltwater pool is heated year-round, our beach is spectacular! CBC 110 sleeps 2 guests in a Queen Murphy Bed, with a brand-new Serta Perfect Sleeper Queen Mattress. This studio has a 42 inch, HD TV, Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and a furnished sundeck, walk to bars, shops, restaurants and the historic fishing pier. We have a great open sundeck, with a brand-new Ibiza stripe patio set. Two Adults, No Smoking, No Pets. All Beach Furniture provided. We have 2 covered parking spaces, and guest parking too. We have an excellent cleaning company. This studio was just renovated last December, and we added new furniture so our guests will be comfortable. Rent an Electric Golf Cart, we have our own charging station at the top of our driveway. Come and see why guests return to our condo every year.

Perfect beach experience
Such an amazing experience!! The property was super clean and our owners were amazing!! The best communication from any VRBO we have used. I can't recommend this place enough! My wife and I flew down for the week, no need for a car, as the island has so many options for travel. Restaurants are just a short walk from the room. The room was in perfect condition, with all the amenities you will need. Additionally, the bed was very comfortable. We hope to visit again soon.

Great Getaway
This was the perfect getaway. Easy access to restaurants, trolley stop and of course the beautiful beach! Condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Dr. Janet and her partner gave us great recommendations on things to do and where to eat. It was great to meet them. We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation.

Excellent Couples Getaway
First, the owner was great to work with. Met us at the property to personally check us in and give us a tour of the property and all it's amenities. Everything you could possibly need is already there. The apartment was clean and nicely decorated with a brand new comfortable sofa. I was concerned about the comfort of a Murphy bed, but it was very comfortable. Located in a great spot right on the beach, it is close to Everything and right on the free trolley line. Great property for a couples getaway, and the sunsets are incredibly beautiful!

Location and Host top notch
Great location, this place in on the beach, a nice beach too. The place was clean, and well appointed. The host thought of a lot of things you may need and provided them (towels, umbrella, chairs, noodles, books, etc.). Pool is real nice too. Host is available anytime via phone, text or email and provided good suggestions. Location is great too. The island and beaches are top notch. One of our best trips ever. The host and the condo were a large part of that!!! Thanks Dr. Janet!!!
