Bathroom in need of updating. Ceiling was patched in main room. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Didn’t spend a lot of time in the room so not a big deal. I thought the room was pricey for what we got.

The first room they gave us there was bugs in the tub and the toliet didnt even work. Then they switched us to another room where the bathroom door was all jacked up and hard to close. Then when checking out they could not find my name any where and had someone elses name on the room we were in but never found my name on any of the rooms. Horrible place to stay

The location is convenient to restaurants and I-75. The neighborhood is sketchy. The lobby doors are locked at night so you talk to the staff thru a glass barricade. Staff said it was because to prevent robbery of their cash. But the room door was a residential style digital combination lock which is insecure if someone observes the entry of the numbers. Inside the room the screws holding swing bar door guard had been torn out so it wasn’t functional. During the night there were two large noisy domestic disputes. The facility seemed to be providing some long term housing to some individuals as well as short term stays for travelers. The carpet in the room was worn with the carpet/tile transition covered with duct tape.

Liked absolutely nothing on property approximately 20 minutes could not stay in this hot mess. They also charged my cc for the entire 7 day booking trying for the past 3 days to get it resolved yet no result. No call backs asked to speak to owner and was told could not. I wenr directly to Wyndham Corp to resolve and they were good to lidten hear and react to resolve. Still have the tool to call my cc and dispute but wanted the people responsible to fix the problem. Highly not recommended. Went to Days Inn on first street and they were wonderful.

We checked in and checked out five minutes later. A very low bar here… The room was uninhabitable. The bathroom ceiling was not there and exposed, the walls were dirty, paint chips, not enough space.

Mini fridge looked like body parts were stored in it. I killed 7 large bugs on floor and in the bathroom when we went in. AC only worked for first 30 minutes. Tub shower was dirty and broken as was the drain on the sink. I have pictures if you want with brown stuff splattered all over the front. Most disgusting place I have ever stayed at

Hotel is old and in desperate need of care. The lock on my room door did not work so staff needed to let me in every time. Air condition did not cool well. Light in bathroom was out. I reported all issues and was told it would take days if not weeks to repair. The staff was very nice and honest about the situation but it was still an inconvenience.

We had prepaid and there were no bedbugs, so we stayed here. Never again. Aside from the general poor maintenance (burned out light bulbs, sink didn't drain well, rusty hinges, cracks in the wall), our neighbours threw their bedding and towels onto the catwalk and they stayed there for 3 days. There was a shopping cart filled with garbage at the bottom of the stairs and it also stayed there for 3 days. Really poorly managed / maintained property. I would not recommend it.

We had German roaches in our room. We also had to fix the toilet so it would flush right. The lamp was broken. Did I say there were German roaches in the room? That is so disgusting! This is definitely not a family friendly place as there were people hanging around outside and I’m pretty sure some of them were getting paid for their services. If you have kids, please stay somewhere else. The best part about this stay was leaving the next day.

We were given a key to a room already occupied. That could have been a safety issue if that person thought someone was breaking into their room. Then we were given a room with full size bed. I paid for queen size. The door frame was falling off the wall so someone could have easily broken down the door even with it locked. The exhaust fan in bathroom had no cover. Ceiling in bathroom was rusty.

Im usually check the sheets and blankets before I’m using, it was clean, and they have Netflix and that was cool, but the only think bad was I saw 4 time bugs on the floor and on the shelve, the button of the toilet was broken but not licked, and the roof in the bathroom it was poor condition. The breakfast is included but is just a little bag with snack. So just go if you really have to stay and don’t have to much money that’s my recommendation.

So very dissapointed at this hotel. The ROACH INFESTATION is HORRIBLE!!! The smell of mold combined w cigarette is disgusting! In pictures it looks good but the moment you place foot in it, the foul smell is overpowering! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.
