We had adjoining rooms but could not use the connecting doors. They were jammed and sprung making them very very hard to open and close without having to slam them or using your shoulder to get it closed.

Would have been fine for one night had there not been a roach or two crawling around. Worse than that was the fact that there were droppings? eggs? in the tissue box! Don't know exactly what roaches leave but I'm just about certain the brown things on the tissues were due to them!! Having first thought they were coffee grinds, I shook the box, and NOT to my delight, Mr. Roach came crawling out.

Nice clean hotel

Pros: Very helpful and pleasant staff
Cons: The breakfast area was a little small. Perhaps if the breakfast time was extended past 9 AM there would be less people at breakfast at the same time
Location: Close to Ringling Brothers Museum and Art Gallery Good restaurants near by Close to Airport
room was clean and the staff was helpful and pleasant

The room smelled like smoke. no smoking room

Location: a lot to do but not at the hotel
Very poor. Never go back to this hotel again Did not like it

Hotel ok but did not provide hair conditioner

Pros: Staff all very friendly
Cons: Need hair conditioner.
Location: Only spent two days to visit family. Did not do any other activities.
It was a comfortable stay. Breakfast adequate but not exciting. Hair dryers did not work, and hotel did not provide hair conditioner. All unit doors difficult to open and close.

Nice hotel close to downtown and beaches

The first night we arrived the Bathroom had Black hair all over the floor and the tub was dirty . Told the front desk the next morning, the room was cleaned to satisfaction . Good continental Breakfast but wish they had a hot breakfast,some kind of eggs and Bagels, meat would have been nice . Pool was clean and they let the kids stay in longer. Staff was very friendly and accommodating . Overall stay was worth the price and would definitely stay Again
