It’s time for renovations..carpet was worn and dirty…chairs in room …one was a desk chair and the other was probably 30 yrs old …floor lamp missing the light bulb..desk lamp tipsy…breakfast tables dirty…housekeeping did not do up the room after our first day there…sticky floors…it was terrible!!!!

The room we were in had powered shades that did not work, a lamp that was controlled by a labeled switch that did not work, and a thermostat that seemed off. Further, the quality of the food at breakfast was not up to that of comparable hotels we stayed in recently.

Good place but bad management. I called the management twice to tell them I was getting in late. I needed instructions about how to get to the hotel from the airport. Got a voice mail promising that they would call me back. Never got a call back. I waited 10 minute for the shuttle bact to the airport. Nobody told the driver I was waint in the van. Many other problems that good management could cure.

old property high price. put in handicap room i did not requested with shaky toilet waxy slippery entrance tiles despite prearranged plans no one answered phone when i called for ride at midnight and then manager would not reinbuse cab fair and tip without receipt which i had not received yet all and all an awful experience. the driver back to airport was a lovely helpful man

I did not stay a family emergency took me home the day before and like a fool I paid in full so no refund. I will never do that again. It seems quite impossible to speak with anyone at Expedia so I will just say you have seen the last of my travel plans. I will source with another company.

This property is located very close to the airport. Our shuttle ride to the departure terminal was about two minutes. Also, the three members of the staff with whom we interacted were informative and pleasant. Our plane was leaving at 6:35 am, so we had to leave the hotel before a driver and breakfast were officially available, but a bag with a bagel, butter, jelly, cream cheese, granola bar, apple, and a bottle of water were ready for us. The front desk person drove us to the airport. All in all, a thumbs up experience.

The room smelled lole they used dirty clorox water. It was not fresh at all. There was hair in the tub and on the toilet. The bed was made but the sheets looked like someone had sat on the beds. There was pizza toppings left on the carpet outside my room and it was left there for the two days that I was there. The staff was nice and professional. The area was peaceful and the room was quiet.

Little Things Are Important.
The only negatives were the lack of maintenance to fix a bathroom door that squeaked annoyingly during bathroom visits during the night and the hotel not having a shuttle driver when we arrived back at the airport adding almost a half hour to our departure home. Otherwise our stay, our room, and the front desk service was top notch.

Next best thing to being home
We were having some plumbing problems at the duplex and all the chemical smell was making me sick. Almost 3 years ago I had to travel to the panhandle and stayed at a Hampton Inn there and it was just an over night stay but was wonderful. I stayed for 3 nights here in Sarasota even though the plumbing issue was resolved the next day I enjoyed the large king size bed and the room was amazing. The breakfast spread they put out every morning is fantastic! The staff very polite and helpful. I don't think I'll stay anywhere else ever again.
