This was by far the dirtiest, most run down, horrible area with hoodlums smoking weed in and out of the building. Coffee maker in room didn’t even work. Staff was absolutely useless. Avoid at all costs.

Would not have stayed if I knew construction was going on, room came with stains all over and looked half clean, the food and drinks were awful and the hotel looks nothing like the pictures online. Consider staying somewhere else
There are currently building works going on at this hotel - we were not informed of this prior to booking. Had we have known, we'd have booked to stay somewhere else. We had to go out the noise was so horrific and we felt unable to use the breakfast facilities due to the dust and noise. Really disappointed and would not stay here again or recommend it.

Room was okay, however some of the ceiling was chipped and the elevators had, what looked to be, moving blankets hanging on the walls. Over all, I would say, it was clean and comfortable.

It was right near the airport The staff was nice but the cleaning people couldn't understand English There were little bugs in our room and on the 2nd floor ice maker the ice maker on our floor was broken they didn't have room service it just didn't meet the standards of a Hilton

The hotel was surprisingly quiet considering it’s location. No frills, clean. Amenities were limited. Housekeeping available, but only on request. Breakfast was available, but at a cost. Times have changed !

Bed Frames Caused Bruises
Although the room was clean and nice, the dark wood bed frames extended more that 4 inches beyond the edge of the mattress. This protrusion caused several painful shin and knee impacts on the bedframe, due to the perception that the frame and the mattress ended were at the same place. Multiple bruises were caused by this. Oowww.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Cafe next to Front Desk was very nice with good food and great Staff. Pool and Hot Tub were great after a long day.

Priced way too high for what you get
On the plus side, it was quiet, the bed was comfortable and the room appeared clean but it needs updating. There were stains in the bathtub, the light switch on the bathroom wall was crooked. I drank some water when brushing my teeth the first night and spat it out. It tasted and smelled like sewer. I used bottled water for the rest of my stay. It is not close to anything. It cost me a lot in Uber charges to get what i needed. The desk staff acted like everything was an imposition. The food in the restaurant was good but if you are looking for room service, you are out of luck. Definitely not the experience i expected from a Hilton.

It was very close to the airport and the Ringling Gardens where I was attending a wedding. Was shocked that there was no hot water in the shower or the sink. The overall room and hotel needs to be renovated. The room carpet was old and the plumbing rusty. BUT! The bed was very comfy!

I actually want to let you know that at the arriving time I felt discriminated, the front staff told me that the king size bedrooms were all taken due to the tournament that was going on in Sarasota. I had made reservations a couple of months ago and they told me that did not matter and if I want to check out that was fine. This never happened to me in any Hiltons Hotel. I was very unhappy with the service with front staff. cleaning service were super nice and they were able to talk to management and they found a room for me . That only told me I was being discriminated. I will never stay in that hotel again.

Old and run down version of a hilton
Front desk service was slow and poor, workers were uninformed. Called me multiple times during reservation about details they should know about, work on their own adn communicate with each other about. Hotel is very old. Carpets in my room were stained and shower water pressure was in and out. Gym is very run down, out of 3 treadmills 1 is broken, 1 has a warped belt and 1 works but no the tv. Major renovations and overhaul needed, very disappointed with this hilton hotel.
