Extremely disappointed

Pros: Breakfast and staff in the dining room.
Cons: Housekeeping needs to do a better job.
Location: Close to airport, beaches and downtown Sarasota.
At check-in, associate at front desk was not very friendly and welcoming. Carpet in room seemed to have not been vacuumed...crumbs on the floor. EXTREMELY dirty and dusty behind furniture. Ants on night stand!!!! Nice complimentary breakfast. Staff in dining room was friendly and attentive. I will not stay here again because I was not at all pleased with the lack of cleanliness of the room.

Disappointed

Pros: Good location
Cons: The cleanliness ad the staff needs more training on how to treat guests. They were in friendly and condescending.
Location: no comment
Good location but very disappointed in the cleanliness of the hotel and the indifference of the concierge staff. Expected more from a Hilton Hotel.

The staff were very nice and accommodating. The room was very clesn. Overall, this was a great hotel.

Cons: Keurig in Room 434 doesn't work.
This hotel is easy to find, impeccably clean, offers a terrific breakfast buffet, well appointed & comfortable rooms.

The bathroom was extremely dirty and the bathtub didn't drain, for the cost of the place it would nice if it was cleaned maybe every now and then
