Nowhere close to Downtown

Pros: Staff, easy parking. Reasonably good continental breakfast.
Cons: Change room furniture and remove cigarette smoke. Room rates are high enough to allow these.
Location: Easy driving access, but not in downtown. shops and dining are miles away.
We chose this hotel because the ad said it was in downtown location, but it was miles away from downtown. Hotel staff was excellent, very helpful. Hotel room's condition was poor: bed was too old and crying for replacement, and there was heavy smell of cigarette smoke that was very uncomfortable.

Nice hotel

Location: It is close to Sarasota-Bradenton airport.
This is a nice, clean and friendly hotel. We were close to all the things we wanted to do and see. The room was spacious and comfortable.

pleasant family and pet friendly hotel, good value

Pros: comfortable rooms, pleasant staff
Location: close to sarasota airport, 3 minute drive to downtown sarasota, very close to all things that you would like to do in florida
only stay one night at a time, but very convenient for what we need

Good hotel

Was nice all but the bed. Was uncomfortable. The staff was very nice cheerful and accommodating .

For the price it is ok

Pros: lobby decor
Cons: soiled loves eat in room so dirty, I never sat on it
Location: excellent location to the Ringling Museum and Uni. So. Florida, and airport
very noisy street, throughout the night, yelling (foul language) screeching cars peeling out; not the hotel's fault, just the location anywhere on that street.

Nice inexpensive convenient newly renovated

Just stayed one night but hotel was fine if you're just looking for a convenient clean inexpensive comfortable room.

On nice strip

Room was extremely nice, staff was great I just personally did not like the mattress. As I'm used to sleeping on Tempur-Pedic mattress and didn't like that I could feel the spring coils in my ribs.

Average hotel

Hotel was typical for Floridian it was close to the beach and downtown. Staff was awesome and friendly. Breakfast was ok average hotel needs renovations

Great nights stay!

Pros: The room was extremely clean and the floor was quiet/peaceful.
Cons: The pool could have been nicer with more lounge chairs and perhaps some theming.
