On nice strip

Room was extremely nice, staff was great I just personally did not like the mattress. As I'm used to sleeping on Tempur-Pedic mattress and didn't like that I could feel the spring coils in my ribs.

Average hotel

Hotel was typical for Floridian it was close to the beach and downtown. Staff was awesome and friendly. Breakfast was ok average hotel needs renovations

Great nights stay!

Pros: The room was extremely clean and the floor was quiet/peaceful.
Cons: The pool could have been nicer with more lounge chairs and perhaps some theming.

Everything was great! The staff were the best part. They were amazing!! Couldn't do enough and went above and beyond!

Lonely dogs hotel

Location: Sadly, great location
Pet friendly hotels should have SPCA monitors assigned. Seemed the hotel is a place where customers come in with their pets drop them off and go to town for a good time. The pets (dogs) 1-3 on my floor start barking and don't stop, this is a form of animal abuse. If and when you bring your pet to a hotel stay with your pet don't leave them alone in a strange room, why would you do that? Hotel stunk of pets and tobacco smoke, beds need to be replaced, not clean at all, breakfast the worst and more....

We appreciate you taking the time to post your comments about your stay, and we're sorry for the problems that you encountered with the barking dogs , odor, and cleanliness of the hotel. While we are pet friendly we do require all of our guests that have pets to sign our pet policy upon check in, which addresses many of the concerns you mentioned. We'll be working with our team to make sure they are being more aware of dogs causing a disturbance. When we do become aware of a disturbance we contact the owners and have them return to hotel to address the problem. We will also be sharing your comments with our housekeeping team as well and reviewing the proper cleaning steps they should be taking after a pet has been in a room. We want all of our guests to have a enjoyable stay and we are truly sorry that we let you down. We hope that you will come back and give us another try in the future. Sincerely, Adam T. Bedbugs and crack heads !

We were stranded with flooding streets - spent the evening on the bed watching television - as we were going to bed my daughter saw s bug on the sheet - I squished it - all bloody ! I called the front desk clerk and told him about the bed bugs - he swore under his breath and exasperated, told me he would move us to another room - he wanted to see the bugs / he said maybe it's just fleas - that's better than bed bugs - my daughter had gone to the lobby area for ice earlier and there were some drugged out people in the lobby - anyway - we decided to pack our bags at midnight and drive the three hours home - lesson learned - always check the mattress first !
