Pros: Nice, clean room
Cons: The breakfast needs to be improved; like scrambled eggs, sausage.
Hotel was nice, room clean & comfortable. The breakfast was not so good for the price you have to pay.

Moderately nice hotel, decent location

Pros: large bed, functional temperature control
Cons: cleaning service, quality of bathrooms, monitoring noise levels of hotel late at night
Location: close to beaches and downtown and good restaurants, location was good
Cleaning service was extremely unreliable and inconsistent, and our toilet was broken for 3 days.Hotel staff did nothing about excessive noise between 12am-6 am. Parking spots were constantly taken up by companies and locals not using the hotel for its services, and nothing was done. Overall would not stay here or recommend it.

Dogs, dogs and more dogs!!

I didn't know that this was a pet friendly hotel! Had I known there is NO way I would have stayed there. There were times that it felt like we were staying in the Humane Society, dogs were peeing in the hallway and barking ALOT! NEVER AGAIN!!!!

ok place room was a suite poor sofa single bed

Cons: Why a centipede in our queen bed? I guess it is florida
Location: Close to beach 5 minutes by car Far from downtown to walk.
Ok location had some bugs in the 1st floor really nice staff in breakfast room helpful worth the place

everything is very good

Pros: the location is convenient. the rooms are a nice size and have a refrigerator and a microwave. the layout of the room is pleasant with good lighting
Cons: they should tell you where the soda machine/snack machines are when you check in.
the room is a good size and the bed was very comfortable. the towels are my favorite of all the places we have stayed. i recommend this place to anyone. saw a good mix of families, older people and everyone in between. check in and out is easy. even the coffee is good.

It was exactly what I expected.. except that in the living room it was a little hot because the air didn't circulate and we was moving around but when we went to sleep & woke up it was cold!

Easy check-in. Courteous staff. Room was clean. Ac worked great. Hotel is minutes from anywhere you wanna go in Sarasota.

Staff is really nice! Even when we were late for breakfast. I usually book with them because they have decent rates and breakfast helps when your traveling with family.

Pros: location and breakfast
Cons: Better room deodorizing.
Convenient free breakfast. Didnt use pool. Room was a bit damp smelling but clean.

Nightmare

I was very disappointed with this hotel. We had a suite and the room was extremely hot. Especially at night. When the maintenance man came to our room to fix the problem he said there was something wrong with the thermostat and it was very expensive to fix and there was nothing he could do to fix it. The front desk said the hotel was completely sold out and couldn't move us to another room. Also there was a dirty towel hanging over the shower curtain in our room when we arrived and someone's keys were on the floor. I was traveling with my infant son. When we left for dinner we waited 10 minutes for the elevator before deciding to carry the baby, stroller and car seat down the three story stairwell to the lobby. When we reached the lobby we asked the lady at the front desk if the elevator was working and she said no. There wasn't a note on the elevator stating it was out of order. Many people were waiting for the elevator not knowing it was broken.
