Great Stay

The hotel was great! It was 20 min from the beaches. We enjoyed our stay.

Conveniently located

Pros: Location and breakfast included.
Cons: The term Quality Inn denotes a better grade of mattress, toilets and air-conditioners that work.
Location: Loved the Ringling Museum
Needed to request room change twice. First room had strong odor from cleaning agent, and small fruit flies were seen in the bathroom and near the sink. Second room had two beds, one mattress was broken and toilet was clogged. We requested a new mattress and they told us that they would give us a different room. We were given a third room which was much better with a king size bed. The bathroom was extremely tiny but the room was nicer. The air-conditioning unit was the old type, under the window and made a ridiculous noise each time the unit went on. We slept all night with the fan on high and the air conditioner off. The staff were very accommodating when we voiced our concerns.

Close to where I was working and very affordable

Pros: Clean with good pillows.
The place is old but very clean. Only concern I had was that the walls are very thin - you can hear the conversation through the walls in rooms on either side of you and of folks walking by your room. I bought ear plugs and slept like a baby.

Room was clean. The location was great we felt it was a good area with no safety concerns. . Convenient to many major roads and we also walked to a few places.

Ok for the price

Pros: Staff was great!
Cons: Breakfast area and food
Upon arrival and check in, staff was beyond friendly and helpful in directions. Went to room and it smelled like an ashtray. Staff immediately changed our room with an apology. The room we stayed in was clean, comfortable, and served it's purpose of just needing a place to sleep and shower. The only downside was breakfast was not that great. I would definitely return again when we come back to town again for the price.

Adequate, a case of getting what you paid for. Room clean and bed comfortable.bathroom needs some caulking, but all was clean. Room not made up until late afternoon, which was inconvenient. Breakfast was below average
