The rooms were clean however, the exterior was dirty and needed painting and updated. When you check in you check in with a person on a computer, not a real person. Felt as though there wasn’t anyone there to help if needed even though they say there’s someone on site 24/7.

After being lectured during check in about no smoking in the rooms, which I don't smoke, we went to the room which which reeked with the smell of smoke. It is evident that this room was at one point a smoking room. It smelled so bad that my wife wanted to leave. If it was only a one night stay, I would have left. With it being non-refundable, and us staying 2 nights, I wouldn't. I will never stay here again. While the rooms and property are quite dated and checking in through a kiosk isnt ideal, i would have been ok but the smell of smoke is nasty. I will have to wash all of my clothes, even the clean ones as soon as i get home to get the smell of smoke out.

Don't stay at this hotel! The front door to the room hardly latched. The deadbolt just went into the metal liner and not into the jam. In all fairness the room was very clean and had been partially renovated floors and bath. They didn't finish the job with holes in the curtains and paint flaking off the outside door. Breakfast was minimal, not worth eating. No front desk person most of the day. Checkin was via remote screen.

Terrible experience. Would never recommend Quality Inn. The telephone and lamp lights did not work so they moved us to another room just to find out that that telephone did not work either and the door lock did not work. When we left the inn for a few hours and came back, our key card did not work so when we went down to complain, there was no one behind the desk and had to talk to someone via zoom. Housekeeping was on demand, which is fine but when we asked for a clean set of towels, we had to look for a housekeeper to get them. Overall…..very dissatisfied with the service

Clean but just on this side of shabby overall. Saw 1 live staff member in the flesh at breakfast - she smiled, greeted us and disappeared. Automated check-in was a new experience for us. It worked fine, service was courteous and efficient- just very strange to not have human contact for check in and check out. Breakfast had no protein - lots of carbs and sugar. Everything worked , beds comfortable. Water pressure poor. It did the job for for 1 night passing through. Wouldn't stay there by myself as a woman due to lack of staff.
